加快速度

To meet requirement of production and quicken rolling speed, No.2 heating furnace was put into operation in 2002 and No.3 in 2007. All automatic control was adopted, displacement of walking beam was detected by displacement transducer, and acceleration and deceleration control of walking beam was carried out through proportional valve and by use of slope technique in program of GE 90-70 PLC, thus, travelling speed of walking beam can be controlled and lift and release of slab can be operated lightly.

为适应生产的需要，加快轧制速度，2002年投产的2号加热炉和2007年投产的3号加热炉均采用全自动控制，利用位移传感器检测步进梁的位移量，通过比例阀以及在GE90-70PLC程序中采用斜坡技术对步进梁运动进行加减速控制，达到控制步进梁运行速度的目的，实现对板坯的轻拿轻放。

In this paper, the generator model of constant transient voltage and the invariableness impedance model was used, and the saliency of generator is included; through the analysis of the characteristic of the network equation calculation in the transient stability analysis, a new node ordering algorithm is proposed. Better initial value can accelerate the convergence rate of the networking equations, reduce the number of iterations, thus to cut down the amount of calculating time.

本文首先建立了适合于暂态稳定分析的简单模型，其中发电机采用E_q恒定模型，考虑了发电机的暂态凸极效应，负荷采用恒定阻抗模型；研究了电力系统的暂态稳定分析方法，指出目前数值积分暂态稳定计算方法中存在的不足，主要是网络方程的求解速度过慢；分析了暂态稳定计算中网络方程的特点，将稀疏技术应用于网络方程的求解，提出了一种新的节点编号方法——最小度最小有源节点道路集算法，减少了网络方程的计算量；在进行交替迭代求解时，将预测算法应用于每一积分步网络方程功角和电压的初值估计当中，应用自回归算法和广义延拓算法，期望给出一个更有效的电压和功角初值方案，来加快方程的收敛过程，减少方程迭代的次数，以提高计算速度。

研究了整鸡软罐头在微波杀菌过程中品质的变化，研究发现：微波杀菌时间越长，总体感官品质越差；微波杀菌时间增加，整鸡软罐头温度升高，脂肪氧化速度加快，过氧化值增高；随着微波杀菌的进行，水分不断从整鸡组织中蒸发和流失，0～10min下降速度快，此后减慢；微波杀菌时间越长，杀菌效果越好，10min时微生物被杀灭。研究结果表明：能较好的保持鸡肉软罐头的感官品质，又能实现25℃以下保藏6个月以上的最佳杀菌工艺为：整鸡重量0.8±0.1kg，微波频率2450MHz，功率670W，微波杀菌时间10min。

The unfeasibility of discrete event driven simulation for high-speed network is discussed; two simulation algorithm based on time driven simulation are given, one of which is as precise as that based on discrete event simulation, but is faster, and the other gets less precision, but is much faster than the former. Comparing with the algorithm based on time driven fluid simulation, both of the proposed algorithms support the succeeding simulation for high-level protocol.
