Methods one hundred and seven lvas subjects recruited from may 2003 to dec. 2005 were performed a clinical audiology analysis, imaging analysis as well as the slc26a4 mutation screening for the purpose of finding a series of characteristics for diagnosis of lvas.

对2003年5月—2005年12月收集的107例大前庭水管综合征患者进行系统的临床听力学特征分析、影像学分析及slc26a4致病基因检测分析，以期发现大前庭水管综合征患者的系列特征。

Objective To investigate the calcitonin gene-related peptide effect on efferent vestibular system during pathological state of vestibular afferent system.

目的 探讨外周前庭器官损伤后不同时间病理状态下传出性前庭神经系统降钙素基因相关肽（calcitonin gene-related peptide，CGRP ）的变化。

Results （1）Ninety percent of the 10 patients with unilateral peripheral lesions, showed abnormal VAT results. Lag of the horizontal phase was significantly higher in this group. Four patients had abnormal VAT high-frequency asymmetry. Lag of the vertical phase and decreased vertical gain can occur.

结果 （1）单侧外周前庭功能损害10例，主要表现为水平前庭-眼反射相位延迟及低增益， 4例伴有非对称性异常，可伴有垂直VOR相位延迟及增益异常。

目的 调查肿瘤化疗患者鼻前庭、手部金黄色葡萄球菌携带状况，以加强医院感染预防与控制。方法对某院2008年5-11月在肿瘤化疗科住院的199例患者于入院48h内及出院前采集鼻前庭和手部标本进行培养、菌种鉴定，并采用K-B纸片扩散法以头孢西丁药敏纸片鉴定耐甲氧西林SA。

Results MRSA strains were isolated from the burn wounds in 22 of 41 (53.7%) patients, and 5 from the nasal vestibules. 结果 53.7％(22/41)的患者创面分离出MRSA，其中5例鼻前庭分离出MRSA；19名工作人员中，3人手分离出MRSA，工作人员鼻前庭未分离到MRSA；43例患者陪护家属中有9人手上分离出MRSA，2人鼻前庭分离出MRSA；193份环境标本共分离MRSA 13株。

Methods Five hundred and four specimens were isolated from the wounds and nasal vestibules of burn patients ,the hands and nasal vestibules of medical staffs and lay attendants and the surfaces of various equipments. From these specimens,58 strains of MRSA and 43 methicillin- sensitive staphylococcus aureus were isolated. The genome DNA of isolated MRSA strains was analyzed by repetitive DNA - sequence- based PCR analysis.
