Methods: Vitrectom was performed on49 patients (49 eyes) diagnosed as vitreous hemorrhage. 25 patients(25 eyes) with ocular injury,9 patients (9 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy, 11 patients(11 eyes) with central retinal vein occlusion, 2 patients (2 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, 1 patient (1 eye) with retinal vein periarteritis, 1 patients with senile macular degeneration.

应用玻璃体切割术治疗玻璃体积血49例（49眼），其中眼外伤25例（25眼），糖尿病性视网膜病变9例（9眼），视网膜中央静脉阻塞11例（11眼），孔源性视网膜脱离2例（2眼），视网膜静脉周围炎1例（1眼），老年性黄斑变性1例（1眼），49例患者均行经睫状体平坦部闭合式巩膜三通道玻璃体切割术。

The frequency of particular amino acids in signal peptides by statistical approach was 48.54% for hydrophobic, 18.67% for uncharged, 24.54% for negative and 8.00% for positive amino acids.
