分散剂

It was applied to analyze the structures of ashless dispersants and their derivatives. The results were obtained and correlated. The molecular weight distribution and dipersity of ashless dispersant, number of polyisobutene R and polymeric degree of R polymerism in addition agent were obtained.

以Ultrastyragel为固定相，四氢呋喃作流动相，用普适标准校正曲线及凝胶渗透色谱法对无灰分散剂及其对应衍生物的结构进行了分析测定，并将测定结果相关联，计算出了无灰分散剂的相对分子质量分布、分散度及添加剂所含聚异丁烯R基的个数及R基聚合度。

Firstly, the mechanism of the preparation of superfine quartz powder with ball mill is studied in this article, based on nature of quartz material, Griffiths strength theory and the crush theory of planetary ball mill. The problem of granulation during the process of the preparation of superfine quartz powder is studied minutely. And proposed increasing dispersant and disperser medium to restrain granulation, and dispersing use ultrasonic after milled.

首先，本文结合石英材料的基本物性，以格里菲斯强度理论和行星式球磨机的粉碎原理为基础，研究了球磨法制备超细石英粉体的机理，同时对粉石英制备过程中的团聚问题及其控制作了细致的研究，提出粉磨过程中增加分散剂和分散介质来抑制团聚，粉磨后采用超声法进行分散，并确定了最佳分散剂、分散介质的用量和最佳超声分散时间。

The effects of ultrasonication and HF washing on SiC nano-particles were analyzed by Zeta potential, particle size distribution and SEM. The stability of suspension of SiC in ethanol, ethanediol and mixture of the two medias with PEG as dispersant at different pH were compared. The optimum ultrasonication time for SiC nano-particles was obtained. The influence of HF washing on SiC nano-particles was discussed; and high stability of SiC nano-particles suspension was achieved at pH=10 in ethanediol with 1wt% PEG as dispersant.

本文中采用Zeta电位、粒度分析、SEM等测试技术分析了超声震荡和HF酸洗对SiC纳米粉体的影响：对比研究了乙醇、乙二醇以及75%乙醇和25%乙二醇混合液作为分散介质，聚乙二醇为分散剂时纳米SiC粉体在不同pH下的分散稳定性，确定了粉体最佳超声震荡的最佳时间；探讨了酸洗的作用；并在乙二醇中，以1% PEG为分散剂，pH=10条件下获得了纳米碳化硅粉体的高稳定分散悬浮液。
