Results Bone was clearly viewed in 1mm collimation, small scanning field of volume and 0.2mm bone reconstruction. When the head was scanned in 3mm collimation, high kV and mAs, and standard reconstruction of 1mm interval, bone and brain were clearly viewed perspectively.

结果 用1mm 层厚，小扫描野，0.2mm 骨重建，只能非常清晰地显示骨组织及其病变，用3mm 层厚，适当增加管电压及照射量，一次扫描，再以1mm 间隔，分别以骨和标准算法重建，以骨窗和脑窗显示，能分别清晰显示骨和脑组织及其病变。5mm 层厚扫描只能较清晰显示脑组织及病变。

Methods: The author chose randomly sixty healthy children as the control group and one hundred and sixty children with asthma in acute period before ICS therapy as the experimental group. The experimental group were treated with ICS therapy and then eighty-nine children of this group were followed up for 3 months ,sixty-eight for 6 months and sixty for 12 months. The ICS in the study was budesonide with the trade name as Pulmicort. In sunlight after 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 hours, the decomposition rates of Allura Red and Ponceau G were between 2.4 to 5.8% and 3.4 to 10.8%, so they are stable in sunlight. The recovery rates on cottons and glasses were very high, so they are easily recoveried from targets. Further studies showed that the recovery rates of two dyes on the leaves of wheat, cabbage, cucumber and tomato were different, so it need previously determine the recovery rate of tracer on the target crop to adjust the result. Field experiment showed it was easy to measure the pesticide spray distribution of high volume spay and low volume spray to use Allura Red and Ponceau-G as tracers.

Wheel/rail normal forces in the two contact point are respectively calculated by nonlinear Hertz contact theory, and then, result of simulation more close to reality on actual track.
