Aiming at the signal processing problems that exist in online fault diagnosis for train running gear, based on discussing the principle of characteristic spectrum analysis, a method of full period and uniform angle sampling is applied, which transfers the vibration signal from time domain into angular domain. The angular domain signal is transferred into corresponding characteristic spectrum using FFT. Through spectrum estimation and analysis, fault characteristic spectrum values of running gear components are acquired to distinguish their faults.

在讨论特征分析方法原理的基础上，针对机车走行部故障在线监测过程中存在的信号分析与处理问题，运用整周期等角度采样方法将时域振动信号转换为角域信号，采用FFT变换将角域信号变换为对应的特征频谱，通过谱估计、谱图分析得到机车走行部各零部件的故障特征谱值，再根据该特征谱值识别机车走行部各零部件的故障。

On the basis of the analysis of the scores, the author makes conclusions about the characteristics of Schubert"s last three piano sonatas as followings: 1 The device of universal development in the movements composed in sonata form and rondo-sonata form is the most distinctive feature in the last three sonatas, which is also decisive in the trend of the whole movement and makes the developments relatively "still". 2 In the device of themes, the method of irregularity is preferred. However, By using extension, abbreviation, repetition and further repetition of periods, Schubert brings those themes to ingenious balance in both architectonics and aesthetics. 3 Chain method is applied in the connection of themes, in which the previous material is taken as basis and then modified together with the variations of new materials. By this way, the theme is continuously developed. 4 The principle of the dominant-subordinate is followed in Schubert"s three-key exposition, and the process of each key is extended.

According to the hypothesis of continuum, a tube with the corner strengthened is gained to make an equal of the frame-tube. B3-spline functions and parabola functions are applied to simulate the displacement functions of the frame-tube. In this paper,a design method of two dimensional Linear Phase Nearly Perfect Reconstruction filter banks based on a new class of cosine modulation systems is presented,which can be described as follow: firstly,the Parks-McClellan algorithm is adopted for designing the prototype filter,then by employing cosine modulation,a series of analysis and synthesis filters can be obtained,accordingly a one-dimensional LP-NPR filter banks can be constructed;Secondly,cascading two one-dimensional LP-NPR filter banks in the form of tree structure and using the unimodular transformation,a two dimensional nonseparable LP-NPR filter banks can be obtained.
