结果表明，相比于传统小波域内的图像融合算法，该方法得到的融合结果具有更良好的视觉质量和更优的量化指标，体现出更强的融合性能。

Cases with bone graft fusion were Resected lateral part of lesion vertebral lamina and process;2 cases were treated with contralateral interanticular process and vertebral lamina bone graft fusion; 2 cases with intravertebral fusion were treated by laminectomy and arthrectomy of one side by posterior route and USS implantating; Others cases were routine internal fixation.

行植骨融合术2 例，切除患侧椎板外半和椎间相应关节突；行对侧椎板关节突间植骨融合2例，行后路半椎板和一侧小关节切除USS 植入，椎间融合2例，余采用常规手术内固定。

The PSCA_3 fragment was selected for its superior expression level in eukaryotic cells.Then the sig-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI genetic fragment was cloned into pVAX1-neo-IRES-GM/B7 vector to construct the final immunological inhanced DNA vaccine pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB. Immunofluorescence and flow cytometry were used to confirm the expression of PSCA_3 fragment by transfected into Cos7 cell.Finally,the anti-tumor effect of pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB was tested in murine prostate cancer model generated by RM-1 cell line.The animal was immunized with pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB DNA vaccine by intramuscular injection plus electroporation,pVAX1 and pVAX1-PSCA_1-FcGB plasmid were used as control.The inhibitory effect of tumor was investigated by observion of forming time,volume and inhibition ratio of tumor.Results:DNA sequencing conformed that the heterological PSCA fusion antigen fragment which was synchronized by overlapping-extending-PCR,was consistent to design.Enzyme digestion analysis showed that the 1 to 4 copies heterological PSCA fusion antigen fragments were constructed successfully.

方法(1)检索GenBank，选择包含人主要T细胞抗原表位序列的人PSCA基因片段，应用异种化抗原设计技术，保留人T细胞抗原表位，设计异种化PSCA融合抗原片段；(2)根据核酸序列按中心模板法设计引物，应用重叠延伸PCR技术拼接合成异种化PSCA融合抗原片段基因，以PCR、限制性酶切和DNA序列测定法进行鉴定：(3)利用DNA限制性内切酶BssHⅡ和MluⅠ酶切后粘端互补的特点，采用同尾酶法构建1—4拷贝异种化PSCA融合抗原片段(PNCA_1-PSCA_4)，并将上述片段分别插入真核表达载体pCI-neo-Fc-GPI中，转染293T细胞，借助免疫荧光+流式细胞术考察插入片段表达效率，最终选定PSCA_3片段进行下一步研究；(4)将sig-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI基因片段自pCI-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI质粒上切下，插入pVAX1-neo-IRES—GM/B7载体中，构建免疫增效DNA疫苗pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB，并应用转染Cos7细胞+免疫荧光/流式细胞术方法鉴定其在真核细胞中的表达情况；(5)给8周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠皮下种植RM-1细胞，制备小鼠前列腺癌模型，并采用股四头肌肌肉注射+电脉冲法(Electroporation，EP)接种DNA疫苗质粒pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB，同时接种pVAX1空载体质粒和pVAX1-PSCA_1-FcGB质粒作为对照，通过观察计算免疫动物的成瘤时间、肿瘤体积和抑瘤率，来评价该DNA疫苗在小鼠体内的抑瘤效果。

Fusion with spinal internal fixator was used to treat instability of the lumbar spine. Several clinical studies have indicated that the fusion may accelerate degeneration at adjacent levels. The DYNESYS, a dynamic spinal internal fixator, is therefore designed to maintain intersegmental stability and prevent adjacent segment from degeneration.

脊椎内固定器合并融合术，主要用於治疗腰椎不稳定问题，但临床文献指出使用融合术后，加速邻近椎节之退化；因此，动态脊椎内固定器DYNESYS被开发出来解决此问题，以提供椎节间稳定度与避免邻近椎节发生加速退化情形。

目的 探讨经脊柱前路结核病灶清除的同时植骨内固定的可行性和必要性，以及对脊柱结核的治疗效果。方法1998 年2月~2000 年8 月采用脊柱前路病椎切除加植骨，并采用orion或z-plate 钢板进行椎体固定。共治疗12 例脊柱结核，观察植骨融合及矫正畸形情况和结核病灶愈合情况。结果经平均10 个月的随访，12 例患者脊柱结核均治愈，植骨与受骨区全部骨性融合，融合时间平均为518 个月，后凸矫正角度平均16°。全组病例切口均一期愈合。无手术并发症。结论本方法可经脊柱前路作较彻底的病灶清除，并较好地进行脊柱矫形和椎管减压，完成脊柱稳定性重建，有利于患者早期离床活动和脊柱结核治愈率的提高。

此外，我们利用融合基因表达系统在大肠杆菌中高效表达了谷胱甘肽S-转移酶／NK和硫氧还蛋白／NK两种融合蛋白，经体外复性、纯化，均获得活性蛋白。以上结果显示，pro肽在体内体外，通过分子内或分子间的方式均能帮助NK分子的折叠与再折叠，作为一种分子内的分子伴侣，pro肽为NK分子正确折叠所必需。

But it can only be used when each of evidence is independent, in practical applications there are many evidences can not satisfy this condition, so how to improve this theory has become to a focus problem; More over, multi source information fusion needs data of multi platform, so how to unify data of multi platform to the same time space so as to fuse is an important factor influencing the performance of fusion.

但D-S理论只适用于证据独立的情况，实际应用中往往需要处理不独立的情况，因此对证据理论的研究和改进是摆在众多学者面前的一个重点问题；另外，多源信息融合要利用多平台信息，如何将各传感器信息统一到同一的时间空间范围内进行融合是关系到融合性能的一个重要因素。

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides.
