In this study,intracellular recordings were performed and 34 neurons in MGC of Agrotis segetum were recorded;all those neurons responded to sex pheromone.12 neurons just tested by sex pheromone,and 22 neurons both tested by sex pheromone and electrical stimulation.

两种刺激方式均能诱导出兴奋反应，电刺激得到的兴奋反应比由性信息素刺激引起的要短；MGC神经元对两种刺激的超极化反应幅度影响没有显著性差别，在电刺激实验的2 2个神经元上，超极化反应幅度和抑制时间都与神经元本身放电频率有一定的相关性。

The results obtained are as follows:(1) intrarenal artery injection of capsaicin (20, 40, and 60 nmol/kg) increased the renal afferent nerve activity in a dose-dependent manner with unchanged arterial pressure;(2) pretreatment with ruthenium red (40 mmol/kg), a capsaicin receptor antagonist, completely abolished the effect of capsaicin; and (3) pretreatment with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-NAME ( N6-nitro-L-arginine methylester, 0.1 mmol/kg), significantly enhanced the ARNA response to capsaicin.

结果表明：(1)肾动脉内注射辣椒素20、40和60nmol/kg可呈剂量依赖性地兴奋肾传入纤维的活动，而动脉血压不变；(2)静脉内预先应用辣椒素受体阻断剂钌红(40 mmok/kg)，可完全阻断辣椒素对肾传入纤维的兴奋作用。(3)静脉内预先注射一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-NAME(0.1 mmok/kg)，能延长并增强肾传入神经对辣椒素的反应。

The results obtained are as follows:(1) injection of 50, 100, and 200 nmol/kg adenosine into the renal artery increased the renal afferent nerve activity in a dose-dependent manner with unchanged arterial pressure;(2) pretreatment with 8-cyclopenthl -1,3-dipropylxanthine (DPCPX, 160 nmol/kg), an adenosine A1 receptor antagonist, partly abolished the effect of adenosine; and (3) pretreatment with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor N w-nitro- L -arginine methylester (L -NAME, 0.1 mmol/kg) significantly enhanced the ARNA response to adenosine.

结果表明：(1)肾动脉内注射50， 100和200 nmol/kg腺苷可呈剂量依赖性地兴奋肾神经传入纤维的活动，而动脉血压不变。(2)肾动脉内预先应用选择性腺苷A1受体阻断剂DPCPX (160 nmol/kg)，可部分阻断腺苷对肾神经传入纤维的兴奋作用。(3)静脉应用一氧化氮合酶抑制剂 L -NAME(0.1 mmol/kg)预处理，延长并增强了肾神经传入纤维对腺苷的反应。

The fEPSP response evoked in one pathway was small, usually 20–30% of the maximu, whereas a large response, usually 80–90% of the maximum, was evoked in the strong pathway. After recording of the baseline fEPSP evoked at 0.033 Hz, LTP of the weak pathway could be associatively induced by paired stimulation of the weak and strong pathways 100 times at 6 sec intervals, with stimulation of the weak pathway preceded 3–10 msec.

在记录以0.033Hz所引发基础的兴奋性突触后电位之后，在弱的路径上可以因配合弱与强的刺激路径而引发出相关性长期增益（每六秒一次共100次，弱的刺激路径在强的刺激路径之前 3-10 ms），然而当在两个路径之间的配合时间差大於10 ms时即无法形成相关性长期增益，此类型长期增益的引发是需要依赖活化NMDA接受器的，因为给予50 mM的D，L-AP5可以阻断相关性长期增益的引发（兴奋性突触后电位为原来的105±6﹪；n=6）。

ConclusionThe extracts of Phrynium capitatum Willd flower with butyl alcohol and with water have excitatory effects on the non-pregnant or diethylstilbestrol-injected animal uterus in vitro ,which is more potent than that of Herba Leonuri fluid extract.

结论棕叶花正丁醇、水溶性组分对家兔、豚鼠、大鼠、小鼠离体子宫有明显兴奋作用。对离体子宫兴奋作用比益母草流浸膏显著。

MethodsIsolated uterus preparations of above animals were made according to the literature and its contractive effects to four different extracts of Phrynium capitatum Willd flower were observed and recorded with BL-410 experimental system for biological function; the EC50s of the extracts were determined and compared with it of Herba Leonuri fluid extract.

目的探讨棕叶花不同提取物对家兔、豚鼠、大鼠、小鼠离体子宫的兴奋作用。方法采用BL-410生物机能实验系统，观察棕叶花4种提取物对非孕或注射己烯雌酚后家兔、豚鼠、大鼠、小鼠离体子宫的兴奋作用，并用EC50与益母草流浸膏进行比较。
