METHODS: Silicon chambers were sutured respectively to the distal stumps of motorial branch of femoral nerve and saphenous nerve to collect NRCF, namely MD-NRCF and SD-NRCF. The rats cortex motoneuron were divided into 4 groups and cocultured with MD-NRCF, SD-NRCF, b-FGF and serum-free medium respectively. The cultured cells were photoed under phase-contrast microscope, their longest neurites and cell-body areas were measured by cell image processing computer system.

建立运动及感觉神经再生室模型，收集术后7天的运动及感觉神经再生条件液(MD-NRCF，SD-NRCF)，将两者以及bFGF分别加入分散培养的SD大鼠运动神经元的DMEM无血清培养基中，在倒置相差显微镜下观察并摄片，运用细胞图像分析系统测量各组细胞的胞体面积及最长突起长度；并采用MTT法检测各组神经元的细胞活性。

Methods HOS cell line was treated with various concentrations of tretinoin in different durations in vitro. Proliferation suppression was observed by MTT method and invert microscope before and after tretinoin treatment, and protracting cell growth curve. The cell growth and invasion ability was measured with the colony-formation rate in soft agar test.

Methods MSCs were obtained from tibias by density gradient centrifugation and were tested the rate of adhesion. The configuration was observed under phase-contrast microscope consecutively and the cell growth was measured by MTT method.

测定其接种贴壁率，在倒置显微镜下连续观察细胞的形态变化，利用甲基噻唑基四唑（methyl thiazdyl tetrazolium， MTT）法测定 MSCs 生长曲线，并应用流式细胞术测定细胞表面标记物。

Methods MSCs were obtained from tibias by density gradient centrifugation and were tested the rate of adhesion. The configuration was observed under phase-contrast microscope consecutively and the cell growth was measured by MTT method. Cell cycle and surface antigens were detected through flow cytometer.

方法］将 mscs与复合转化生长因子-β的胶原共同混合后培养于三维软骨支架材料上，离心管内培养，10次／d，以600 r／min离心10 min.8 h、24 h、72 h、 4 d、7 d进行倒置显微镜形态学观察、扫描电镜观察。1～8 d采用mtt法检测细胞增殖活性，描绘生长曲线。
