虚拟经济体系方面的主要论点有：（1）完善虚拟经济体系的管理体制：建立健全虚拟经济法律法规体系，实现"依法治业"；建立健全虚拟经济监管职能体系；增强虚拟经济运行信息的透明度；（2）提高虚拟经济体系中虚拟资产的风险管理水平。市场因素方面来说，主要是：（1）实行灵活的汇率政策；（2）加强资本流动管理；（3）积极推进虚拟经济监管国际合作第二步，建立我国虚拟经济系统风险化解机制。在采取有效措施降低我国虚拟经济系统风险的基础上，还需要警惕来自市场方面虚拟经济风险冲击。我以为，对此有以下三种化解办法：（1）市场机制的基础调节；（2）法律和政策约束；（3）强行临时管制。论文创新点：建立了一个我国虚拟经济系统风险预警度量模型，并运用这个模型对我国虚拟经济风险的现状进行了评估。

In order to investigate the relationship of solubility between vanadium and the other co-existing ion in soil. The phase equilibria of the quinary systemNaVO_3 + KVO_3 + NaH_2PO_4 + KH_2PO_4 +(NH_2)_2CO + H_2O and its five quaternary sub-systems were studied at 298K with isothermal dissoluble method. According to the reference, all these systems are not reported yet. The solubilities and the physico-chemical properties such as density, conductivity, pH value and refractive index of the equilibrium solutions were determined. Based on the determined values, the solubility stereo-diagram and projected-diagram( saturated with KVO3), projected-diagramsaturated with (NH_2_2CO, and water content diagram of the quinary system, isothermal solubility diagrams of the quaternary sub-systems, and the physico-chemical properties-composition diagrams of the equilibrium solutions were plotted.

To update test technical system and build informatized test range, we discuss the establishment of informatized test technical system for naval military equipment, present an idea of multi-sensor information fusing based on network environment, and propose a concept for realizing the unidirectional transparentness of the test using multi-dimensional sensing systems, and establish a dynamic equation of the "quantized" equipment test system.

The Fe^0 concentration and pH had optimal values during the decolorization of X-BR in Fe^0-anaerobic biological system. When Fe0 dose, initial pH value and X-BR concentration were 400 mg/L, 7 and 100 mg/L respectively, the decolorization rate of X-BR in the integrated system could reach up to 90% after 68 h reaction. Compared with pure Fe^0 and pure microorganism treatment systems, it could be improved about 40% under the same experimental conditions. In addition, the analysis result of UV-vis spectrogram indicated that Fe^0 could promote effectively biodegrading of anthraquinone dye X-BR and its intermediate products.

结果表明，在Fe^0-厌氧微生物体系中，Fe^0投加量和pH值均存在最适宜值，当两者分别控制在400mg/L和7，染料初始浓度和反应时间分别为100mg/L和68h时，该体系脱色率可达到90%以上；与相同反应条件下的纯Fe^0、纯厌氧微生物体系相比，该体系的脱色率提高近40%根据紫外可见光谱分析，Fe^0可有效促进厌氧微生物对X-BR及其中间产物的降解，实现完全脱色。
