Through analysis of potential vorticity in isobaric surface field, in high-troposphere a positive potential vorticity disturbance before rainstorm generation;positive potential vorticity disturbance in high-troposphere downward, form one vertical disturbance column, now corresponding precipitation develop stage;When near ground arises negative potential vorticity disturbance, precipitation also weaken.

通过对等压面的位涡分析，发现在暴雨发生发展时，在对流层高层有正位涡向下扰动，在暴雨的发展鼎盛阶段，从对流层中高层到地面形成一个垂直扰动柱；位涡柱对地面气旋的发展有较好的指示性，位涡柱形成时刻前后降水达到最强；当近地面出现负的位涡扰动时，降水随之减弱。

本文将在海上保险代位求偿权制度的基础上，从诉讼角度展开较为系统的研究；在我国现有的海上保险代位求偿诉讼、海事诉讼以及民事诉讼的法律规定和法律理论的基础上，参考国外相关的法律理论，对海上保险代位求偿诉讼的法律问题进行较为系统的研究；不仅从理论的角度，还要参考我国司法实践中的相关案例和通常做法，使得对海上保险代位求偿诉讼的法律问题的研究更贴近实务，更具有实际操作性；运用归纳、推理的逻辑方法，采用利益比较等具体方法，对海上保险代位求偿诉讼的法律问题进行了较为全面的研究。

OL alleles were found out in eleven loci. 11, 9 and 7 kinds of OL alleles were found in PentaE, PentaD, and D7S820, respectively. Allele frequencies of 18.4, 19.4, 26 in PentaE, 6 in PentaD, 30.3 in D21S11 were more 1.0‰.

Ninety-one cases of repeat ectopic pregnancy were demonstrated from 1380 cases of ectopic pregnancy.result: the repeat ectopic pregnancy was 6.59%(91/1380) after operation, eighty-four cases demonstrated as tubal pregnancy, six cases were tubal pregnancy three times, seven cases were cured by conservative medication,the recurrence of repeat ectopic pregnancy of twice was 86.81%(79/91). after salpingectomy of the patients who occurred the another tubal pregnancy was 90.41%.

结果：1380例异位妊娠发生重复异位妊娠91例（占6.59%），84例经手术探查证实为输卵管妊娠， 6例为输卵管妊娠3次，7例为药物保守治疗治愈，86.81%重复异位妊娠为连续两次异位妊娠。90.41%输卵管切除者的重复异位妊娠发生在对侧，而保守治疗者72.22%发生在原患侧，两者有显著性差异（p.001）。

Case reports: We identified 10 patients with zolpidem-induced psychiatric symptoms from a review of medical records between June 2002 and February 2003. Among these patients, three had amnesia, three had somnambulism, three had symptoms of delirium and one had psychotic symptoms.
