The dissolubility of PPLA in water was (2.16～4.32)×10－2 mg·mL－1 according to eye judgment. The critical micelle concentration was 2.16×10－2 mg·mL－1 obtained from a fluorospectrophotometer. The self-assembled aggregates of PPLA in water were nanoscale spheres observed by a transmission electron microscope. The particle size and zeta potential tests by dynamic light scattering revealed that during preparation, the ratio of hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, the aqueous medium and the pH had great influences; while dilution, freezing and pH change to basic condition had no effect after preparation, but pH change to acidic condition made the nanoparticles precipitate.

目测法得到其溶解度为(2.16～4.32)×10－2 mg·mL－1；荧光法得到聚合物的临界胶束浓度为1.12×10－3 mg·mL－1；透射电子显微镜观察显示该聚合物在水中的自组装聚集体为纳米级球形；动态激光光散射测试微球的粒径和Zeta电位发现，在微球的制备过程中，聚合物的亲/疏水性比例、水相介质及水溶液的pH值对它影响显著；而制备后，稀释和冷冻对它无显著影响，改变微球的环境pH值至酸性，出现聚集，至碱性无影响。

In nowadays, IPNs technology has widely applied in engineering and functional polymer materials . However, up to the present, the hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity of the polymer networks composed the IPNs is mostly homologic.

但是，到目前为止，在见诸文献报道的互穿聚合物中，组成IPN的聚合物网络的亲水性或疏水性是相同或相近，有关由疏水-亲油交联聚合物和亲水性交联聚合物组成IPN的研究报道还很少。

In this report, half-esterification between these pendent hydroxyl groups of hydroxyl-PU and maleic anhydride could lead to new pendent groups, carboxylic groups. These highly polar carboxylic groups in the side chain of PU could play the role of internal emulsifier. They had self-dissociation ability in the water or were neutralized first by appropriate amount of base. Then, PU bearing carboxylic group could dispersed steadily in the water, named aqueous-based polyurethane dispersion.

在本论文中，利用原来亲油性Hydroxyl PU主链段上悬挂的羟基经由与琥珀酸酐的半酯化(Half-esterification Reaction)反应后，使PU在侧链上悬挂具有强极性的羧酸基，其可作为聚胺酯分子中的内乳化剂，羧酸基能在水相中自身解离产生离子或加入适量碱使之中合，使聚氨酯高分子能够稳定分散於水中，即所谓水性PU分散液(Aqueous-based Polyurethane Dispersion)。
