METHODS:After the treatment of TRAIL or LPS at different doses,we tested the nuclear translocation of NF-κB by cell immunohistochemical staining and electrophoretic mobility shift assay,and evaluated the level of IκB by RT-PCR under pyrrolidine dithiocarbamatetreatment.

当不同浓度的TRAIL和LPS作用于细胞后，我们通过细胞免疫组化染色和凝胶电泳迁移试验来检测NF-κB核转位的情况。并通过RT-PCR的方法粗略评定二硫代氨基甲酸吡咯烷对抑制蛋白IκB的影响。

The design of nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group, as quasi-experiment design was applied to the study. There were totally 67 seventh students from a junior high school in Taipei county participating in this study, 34 of which were assigned to the experimental group and 33 of which to the control group. Students in the experimental group went through 24 sections emotional education into the integrative activities for 8 weeks, 3 section（135 min）, per week, while those in the control group accepted the original integrative activities curriculum.

研究方法采不等组前后测准实验设计，以台北县某国中67名七年级学生为研究对象，实验组共34位学生，控制组共33位学生，实验组接受为期八周，每周三节课（135分钟），共二十四节课的实验课程处理，控制组则接受原综合活动课程。

In this study, isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification labeling coupled with two-dimensional liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (2D-LC-MS/MS) was employed to compare the differential protein expressions in MCF7 cells upon 17β-oestradiol (E2) stimulation or serum deprivation versus in normal conditions. A total of 576 proteins with the confidential level of ≥95% were identified, 26 proteins among the 576 proteins were found to be differentially expressed after E2 stimulation or serum deprivation, and among them 10 proteins were up-regulated and 16 proteins were down-regulated by more than two folds.

利用四重用于相对和绝对定量的等量异位标签(isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification， iTRAQ)标记结合二维液相色谱-串联质谱(two-dimensional liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry， 2D-LC-MS/MS)对雌二醇(17β-oestradiol， E2)和血清各自以及共同作用对MCF7乳腺癌细胞内蛋白质表达的影响进行了比较，共鉴定到置信度在95%以上的蛋白质576种，其中各组相对于正常培养组的细胞共找到26种差异在1倍以上的蛋白质，其中10种上调，16种下调。

Anti-MOG and anti-MBP antibodies predicted more frequent and earlier relapses. Of 39 seronegative patients, nine (23%) had a relapse, and time to relapse was 45 13.7 months. Of 22 patients with anti-MOG and anti-MBP, 21 (95%) relapsed, and mean time to relapse was 7.5 4.4 months. Of 42 patients with only anti-MOG, 35 (83%) relapsed within 14.6 9.6 months P .001 for both comparisons with antibody-seronegative patients.

In the 39th Worldskills International Competition held in November 2007 in Shizuoka, Japan, Mr Chang Ka-ho, a participant from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was awarded a Medallion for Excellence in CNC Milling. Mr Chang is the 5th highest score out of 21 competitors from all over the world, outranking those from United Kingdom and Europe.

2Spatial learning and memory:In the cued condition, the avoidance latency in the colzapine-exposed group was significantly shorter than the control group in the block 2(p.05),however there is no difference on block 3 between two groups;In the place condition,the clozapine-exposed group prrferred to finding the submerged platform in the serial blocks(P.01);in reversal condition,the filial rats exposed the clozapine had no advantage on finding out the submerged platform in block2,3,4 except of the block l(p.01),the further statistic analysis reminded that it is just the first trial that the filial rats in clozapine-exposed group had the advantage to find out the submerged platform in reversal condition (F=4.86, PO.01).it isimplicated that the clozapine exposed in the gestation lead to the improvement on the acquiry and consolidation.however the acquired memory seems not to be maintained.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. Polygonum persicaria and Abutilon theophrasti were relatively less susceptible to the herbicides, and Lycopersicon esculentum was not susceptible to it. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.

供试的6种杂草对该混剂的敏感性存在显著差异：红心藜Chenopodium album、龙葵Solanum nigrum和反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus对该混剂最敏感，ED90值分别为47.65、71.67和29.17g/hm2；春蓼Polygonum persicaria和苘麻Abutilon theophrasti敏感，ED90值分别为96.91、114.20g/hm2；而番茄不敏感。
