The evaporation of raindrops can strengthen the surface "cold pool" to decease the temperature of rainfall center. The condensation of vapor can lower the air pressure and increase the convergence and updraft so that the convective echo develops stronger. The melting of graupel can cool the air to restrain the convective activity. The falling of precipitation particles can increase the downdraft and induce the outflow nearly the surface. The effect of condensation is the most important among all the microphysical processes. It can change the whole structure of cloud system.

Based on two algebra Riccati equation method especially the structure of the system Hamilton matrix and system observability theory, the role of invariant zeros in constructing system reduced order controllers was given. That is, by the suitable selection of free parameters of the system H(subscript ∞) controller, some points which were symmetry with the unstable invariant zeros about the imaginary axis became the stable poles of the system controller which were not observable and could be reduced from the system, thus could get further reduced order controller.

Aimed at the problem of choosing the initial value when the Newton method is used to compute the controlling unstable equilibrium point, a practical and rigorous solving scheme was presented: by identifying the controlling load bus of the given fault, and using the Thevenin equivalent circuit to represent the rest of the system at the state of the post disturbance stable equilibrium point, using the steady equivalent circuit to represent the induction motor in composite load, and then using the torque characteristics of induction motor, a point near the CUEP is gained to be the initial value. The second order normal forms was used to approximate the stable manifold of CUEP, and the local approximating boundary of the region of attraction of the post disturbance stable equilibrium point was gained. Then just by simulating the state of the system at the fault clearing time, the transient voltage stability of the system could be determined.

针对采用牛顿法求取故障后系统主导不稳定平衡点(controlling unstable equilibrium point，CUEP)存在的初值选取难题，提出一种实用但不失严谨的解决方案：通过识别给定故障的主导负荷母线，对主导负荷母线以外系统由故障后稳定平衡点处的状态进行戴维南等值，对负荷中感应电动机部分采用其稳态等值电路，再由感应电动机的转矩特性求得CUEP附近的一个点作为近似的CUEP，以此为迭代初值可靠求得CUEP；采用二阶正规型来近似CUEP的稳定流形的方法求得近似的局部吸引域边界；由仿真得到故障清除时刻系统的状态并根据该状态是否位于吸引域内判断系统的暂态电压稳定性。

结果表明，超声提取法是提取火棘红色素的较理想方法；矢车菊素3葡萄糖苷在90℃和9％盐酸中水解11 min，可以顺利得到其苷元矢车菊素；以苯、乙酸乙酯、甲酸(2∶2∶1)为展开剂的硅胶薄层层析法分离矢车菊素的效果较好；矢车菊素对热和光较稳定，在酸性条件下稳定，对Co2+和Bi3+不敏感，对Zn2+、Fe3+、Cu2+不稳定。

结果表明：70℃水浸泡花粉，矿物质浸出率最高，Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn四种元素总提取率分别为6.93l％、52.786％、44.443％和46.549％；次级形态以稳定态与不稳定态、有机态与无机态等多种形态共存，其中Fe、Mn元素不稳定态含量均大于50％，Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe元素大部分以无机态形式存在；四元素中Fe元素蛋白质结合态最高，达47.305％，可溶性糖类结合态及脂肪结合态平均含量比蛋白质结合态平均含量少。
