The results showed as follow:①Chinese astringent persimmon were climacteric respiration fruit, the respiration climacteric stage occurred at speediness softening stage. Ethylene climacteric stage and respiration climacteric stage were almost occurred at one time.②The activities of EXP, PG, PE, CX all had increased, and EXP increased early with PG, PE, CX in turn in persimmon fruit during ripening and softening.③Concomitancy to fruit softening, ultrastructural changes in the mesocarp tissue were occurred at speediness softening stage, showed as disaggregation of middle layer of cell wall, appearance of fibre-like structures, disorganization of chloroplast and distortion of some mitochondria.

研究结果显示：①中国涩柿属呼吸跃变型果实，在其快速软化期出现呼吸跃变；乙烯跃变与呼吸跃变几乎同期出现；②在成熟软化过程中，EXP、PG、PE、CX的活性均有上升，EXP活性上升最早，随后依次是PG和PE、CX；PG活性上升幅度最大；③伴随果实软化，果肉组织超微结构在快速软化期中胶层解体、丝状体出现，叶绿体解体、部分线粒体变形；④1-MCP可延缓柿果实硬度下降，常温下延长保硬期5-7天。

The numerical results indicated that the mixing time decreases about linearly with increasing current intensity. The mixing time decreases first then increases with increasing current frequency and comes up to its minimum value at 30Hz. Applying the traveling magnetic field to the uptake or downtake when the exciting current intensity is 200 A at 10 Hz, the mixing time can be shortened by 9%~17%. With the operating conditions kept unchanged, shorter mixing time is available if applying the traveling magnetic field to the uptake instead of downtake, and the time can be shortened by 18%~26% if applying the magnetic field to both the uptake and downtake. Moreover, the mixing time decreases with increasing argon blowing flowrate, and the time comes down to its minimum value if the argon blowing flowrate is 1 600 NL/min. After the moment, the mixing time increases with argon blowing flowrate.

计算结果表明：混匀时间随电流强度的增大而减小，并且近似成线性关系；混匀时间随电流频率的增加先减小后增大，并且在30Hz 时达到极小值；在励磁电流强度为200A ，频率为10Hz 的条件下，在上升管或下降管施加行波磁场混匀时间可缩短9%~17%；在相同操作条件下，在上升管处施加行波磁场混匀时间小于在下降管施加行波磁场的混匀时间；同时在上升管和下降管施加行波磁场，混匀时间可缩短18%~26%；混匀时间随吹氩量的增大而减小，在吹氩量为1600NL/min 时混匀时间达到极小值，吹氩量继续增大时，混匀时间反而增大。

The result of experiment shows that the hardness will increase and the plating rate will decrease with the rising of concentration ratio of nickel sulfate and hypophosphite.

Under field continuous drought stress, growth rate, branches of stolon, leaf lengthobviously declined, nevertheless, leaf water content increased and MDA content decreasedsignificantly during field water deficit. SOD activity of the four turf grasses increased at thebeginning of water deficit and then decreased with drought stress. POD activity ofAugustinegrass increased rapidly and then kept stable with water deficit, however, PODactivity of Centipedegrass changed indistinctively.

In 2000,the area below 400 meters was also watershed,mining sites and settlements,the proportion of both unutilized land below 400 meters and woodland between 400 meters and 800 meters raised a little,it showed that most woodland transform into the other types of land use in low altitude area,however,most unutilized land and the other types of land use transform into woodland in low and mediad altitude area,and the changes in woodland had metastatic trends in low and middle altitude area in the years from 1988 to 2000.The area proportion between 400 meters and 800 meters raised a lot in mining sites and settlements,the total distributed area on woodland had a trend of rising,while the distribution in pasture had a trend of decreasing.

Results The CD4+ cell counts increased 22 cell/L (t=2.08, P=0.03) when compared with the baseline. IL-2 and IFN-γ increased 7.29pg/mL and 3.82pg/mL respectively (t=3.46, P=0.00; t=5.94, P=0.00), while IL-4 reduced 3.71pg/mL(t=8.18, P=0.00); HIVRNA deceased 0.40 lg copy/mL (t=2.65, P=0.02); 6 patients gained weight of more than 2 kg, 10 patients gained weight of no more than 2 kg. The results of blood mutine examination, liver and renal function were normal. No obvious adverse events were observed.

SW480 and SW620 cells were also used to study the gene regulation with high carbohydrate intake, where it was shown that during glycolysis eight genes, HK1 (nuclear gene encoding mitochondrial protein, transcript variant 1), GPI, GAPD (glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase), PGK1 (phosphoglycerate kinase 1), PGK2 (phosphoglycerate kinase 2), ENO2 (enolase 2), PKM2 (pyruvate kinase, muscle, transcript variant 2) and GLUT1 (facilitated glucose transporter, member 1) are over-expressed. In our study, we also found that during hypoxia of cancer tissues the resulting up-regulation of HIF-2α(hypoxia-inducible factor 2, alpha subunit) would in turn up-regulate the GLU1 gene, further activating glycolysis.

Crysalline shape and behavior were investigated by polarizing microscope and wide angle X-ray diffraction spectrum.The results show that the value of impact strength is maximum while tensile strength,flexural strength,modulus and vicat softening temperature are least when the content of β form nucleator is 0.05 phr.
