On the basis of systematically reviewing relevant theory and practice about social order and its construction, this paper thoroughly investigates the systematic inspirations of HEXIE Management Theory to the developing theme of establishing and forming harmonious society order, and the value of this theory. With a view of systems engineering and by using HEXIE Management Theory as an instructing idea and analyzing tool, this paper systematically constructs the forming mechanism of harmonious society order from three aspects:(1) the optimization and improvement of government's designing and planning function,(2) the independent evolution of social system under environmental inducement, and (3) the organic coupling between the forementioned two aspects surrounding developing theme. This paper finally gets a HEXIE-Management-Theory-based realization way of the anticipated man-made order, the evolved increscent order and finally the complete order in harmonious society.

Using the theories of probability, algebra and spectral theory comprehensively, we investigate some related characteristics of logic functions in cryptography: Firstly, we introduce m order generalized s - correlation immunity of Boolean vector functions and prove that the higher order generalized ε- correlation immunity can guarantee the lower order generalized ε- correlation immunity. Then by applying decomposition formula of joint distribution of Boolean random vectors, we give a spectrum criterion of m order generalized e - correlation immunity of Boolean vector functions. Furthermore, we show that the algebraic degree of m order generalized e - correlation immune Boolean vector functions is not restricted by the correlation immune orders.

A third order ENO finite volume method for hyperbolic conservation laws on unstructured triangular mesh is introduced.In order to obtain the third order accuracy on spatial discretization,a weighted quadratic interpolation is constructed on every triangular mesh.Two point Gauss quadrature formula is also used on each edge of every triangular mesh and the third order TVD Runge-Kutta method is used for time discretization.The numerical order of convergence and the numerical result of a mesh 3 wind tunnel with one step are given.
