In this paper,a new variable structure robust model reference adaptive control scheme is proposed,which deals with a class of SISO plants under parameter and unmodelled dynamical uncertainties.It is shown that even with the existence of unmodelled dynamics,the output tracking error will converge to zero in finite time, and the SPRcondition for reference model is not required.
