The invention relates to a dynamic matrix control system of high-purity distillation, which comprises distillation tower, intelligent checker, DCS system, superior host, and on-site bus, while they are connected. The control system uses tower product group as the object variable, and the reflux ratio and reboil ratio as control variable; the superior receives history temperature and pressure data from the DCS real-time database, via the predict control and dynamic matrix controller, to obtain the output values of present controller as reflux ratio and reboil ratio, then feedback said two values to DCS system, to function the distillation object. The invention can confirm the high-purity stable operation, with better dynamical control.

本发明公开了一种高纯精馏的动态矩阵控制系统和方法；系统包括：精馏塔、智能检测仪表、DCS系统、上位机和现场总线；所述精馏塔、智能检测仪表、DCS系统和上位机通过现场总线依次相连，实现信息流的上传和下达；本发明所涉及的控制系统采用塔双端产品组分为被控变量，回流比和再沸比为对应的控制变量；上位机从DCS实时数据库中获得历史的温度、压力等数据，通过推断控制环节和动态矩阵控制器环节，得到当前控制器的输出值-回流比和再沸比，再把控制器输出值返回给DCS系统，实现了对高纯精馏过程的双端产品高纯控制，对双端组分的高纯度平稳操作，具有很好的动态品质和控制效果。

Essential hypertension caused by neurovascular compression of the left ventrolateral medulla was associated with malbalance of vasomotor center in the dorsal medulla. The possible pathogenesis was the following:① An irritation of the left RVLM by pulsatile compression of an ectatic vessel would increase activity of central sympathetic neuron.② Neurovascular compression at the REZ of the cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ decreased excitation of parasympathetic nerve.③ Decreased sensitivity of afferent inputs to neuron of nucleus tractus solitarii in the sensory area lead to hyperactivity of central sympathetic nervous system due to pulsatile compression of the left RVLM.④ Neurocompression of the left RVLM and REZ in the left cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ lead to an overactivity of central renin angiotensin system.

3，结论：左侧延髓腹外侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ动脉血管压迫所导致的高血压的发生与左侧延髓血管运动中枢对血压的调节失衡有关，其可能机制是：①左侧RVLM在搏动性血管压迫刺激下，中枢交感神经元活性增高；②左侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压导致副交感神经兴奋性降低；③感受区孤束核神经元接受迷走神经传入冲动的敏感性减低，导致中枢交感神经活性增高；④左侧RVLM及Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压引起中枢RAS活性增加。

In order to unsterdand the properties of rebound and recompression, this study carried out oedometer tests for six soft clays with three surcharge ratios to simulate surcharging. Properties analyzed in this thesis include: 1 post–surcharge secant secondary compression index; 2 amended post- surcharge secant secondary compression index in which the time starts from load application; 3 time at which secondary compression reappears; 4 post-surcharge secondary compression strain rate.

Center around this problem, 5 aspects of investigation are carried out as following:(1) The experiment of seismic performance of ASCCs in this new frame structure has not been reported, in order to study this problem, 9 ASCC specimens with shear steel plate are tested subjected to the horizontal low cyclic loading, in which, the shear span ratio is 3 and axial compression ratio is different. The hysteretic curves of 9 specimens are obtained. The seismic performance indexes such as energy dissipation, stiffness degradation, strength degradation, skeleton curves and ductility of this kind of column are acquired, and the seismic fortification measures including ultimate values of axial compression ratio under different seismic degree are suggested.

In the study of infrared radiation character, different species of tourmaline and Draviteoccurring in pegmatites from Hebei that are different in granularity and heattreatmenttemperature are chose for infrared radiation ratio testing. The result shows:The infraredradiation ratio of tourmaline powder is above 0.80 when the surrounding temperature is 20℃and the testing temperature is below 100℃;Schorl has a close infrared radiation ratio to Dravite,which is higher than Elbaite;No matter to Dravite or Schorl, as the content of ferric oxideincreases, the infrared radiation ratio decreases;tourmaline's size is smaller, its infraredradiation ratio is higher;after tourmaline is heat-treated under 800℃, its infrared radiation ratiodeclines;Dravite heat-treated at 800℃ has the highest infrared radiation ratio, 0.90;andDravite's structure suffers from destruction above 900℃ heattreatment, so its infrared radiationratio goes down.

Better denitrification efficiency could be obtained with adding amylo and the removal ratios of ammonia nitrogen were at least 93%. The removal ratio of TN increased gradually with the increasing of C/N ratio. When C/N ratio was 10, the best removal ratio of TN could reach 80.81%. But when C/N ratio added on 12, the ratio removal of TN was not increased only keeping about 75%.

Besides, the waterline of model has also some effect on the ratio of reduced resistance, which acts on the size of wave. If waterline is deep, the wave could not affect the deployment of microbubble layer, so there is almost no effect on ratio of reduced resistance. However, the wave would affect distributing of microbubble layer under the model so that the gas could leak out from the two sides of model and directly affect the ratio of reduce resistance if the waterline is very small. Whether installing the dashplate or not has also the great influence on the effectiveness the ratio of reduced resistance. From the results of experiment, conclusion is that adding dashplate will greatly improve the effectiveness of reduced resistance.
