结果：壁间肌瘤31例，主要表现为子宫增大；黏膜下子宫肌瘤2例，表现为宫腔内卵圆形占位性肿块；浆膜下肌瘤4例，主要征象是子宫肿块呈明显分叶状或子宫边缘的圆形肿块；结论：CT对子宫肌瘤的位置、大小以及与子宫的关系显示比较明确，给临床医生提供重要的诊断依据。
