A glass die, a micro replication characteristic of PDMS and an electroplating technology are used to make the three-dimensional microelectrode array. A precise cutting machine is used to cut the glass to form a column array and a mixture of HF and NH4F is used to produce the corresponding structure serving as the die of the micro replication of PDMS. The photoetching technology is left out and the limitation of a photoresist on the dimension of the three-dimensional structure is eliminated; therefore the longer microelectrode array can be made. The length of the microelectrode array depends on the incision depth of the glass and the electroplating technology of deep hole of the metal.

Sims and Saleh performed pin site care daily beginning 48 hours after the operation. In their study, they applied Orthox monolateral xators (Orthox Srl, Bussolengo–Verona, Italy)(58.4%), circular xators (19.7%), and the Shefeld Hybrid System (21.9%). Massage was used to release skin adhered to the pin. A cotton swab with normal saline or cooled boiled water was used to clean the pin site. Another cotton swab was then used to dry the pin site. Dressings were only applied if there was any exudate. Bathing with the leg submerged in water was discouraged. They found that 29% of the xators had noinfection (grade 0) according to the grading system of Saleh and Scott (Table 5). The remaining 71% of xators had an infection of one or more different grades. There were no grade 6 infections. They concluded that xators located on the femurhad the highest infection rate and that incidence of infection was 2.5 times greater for femoral xators in which corrections were performed (62.3%) than in those without corrections (24.5%). These observations, however, were based on half-pin care. We did not use half-pins or Schanz screws in any of our treatment groups.

The main jobs of this paper are as followed: 1 The reuse of the frame design technology for aircraft assembly fixtures is researched. a frame line part library is built with the templet driven technology, the reuse of the frame line part come true by the tools for instantiation and instance modification. The design resources are effectively used, some repeating work is cut. 2 Two methods to obtain the assembly feature are proposed: the straight way by the Enumeration method and the indirect way by project features to the assembly plane. All of the assembly features of the frame and the adjustable bearings are obtained by these two methods which makes the frame automatic assembly technology for aircraft assembly fixtures come true. 3 The frame automatic assembly technology aircraft assembly fixtures based on assembly features is researched. A binary tree assembly model is used to express the assembly information of the frame for aircraft assembly fixtures, the automatic assembly between the frame, the aircraft and the adjustable bearing is completed within the three steps: distribute, obtain and evaluate assembly feature. Finally, the efficiency of the frame assembly design is proved. 4The frame interpart modeling technology for aircraft assembly fixtures is researched, the intersection methods are concluded and the arithmetic of the single-cut, double-cut and inter-cut intersection is proposed, the interpart fast modeling of the frame design for aircraft assembly fixture come true. 5Based on the researches mentioned before, a sub-system of frame fast design for aircraft assembly fixture is developed on CATIA. The sub-system is used to design the aircraft assembly fixtures in a large aeronautics corporation and make a good- effect.

TGF-β1 with 1, 2 and 5 μg/L were pretreated on MSCs for 8 h, then serum and oxygen deprivation were used to cause analogous ischemia of MSCs in vitro. The results indicated that both binary interactive parameters of water/isobutanol system from this work and the parameters of water/ethanol from literature can be used to precdict the liquid-liquid equilibria of water/ethanol/isobutanol. But the parameters of ethanol/isobutanol from the literature were not appropriate for the prediction. Furthermore, the model parameters from 30℃ can can be used to predict the liquid-liquid equilibria under 35 ℃. The model parameters of water/isobutanol are independent on the temperatures, so constant parameters irrelative to temperature can meet prediction accuracy. Othmer-Tobias/Bancroft equation was also used to fit the liquid-liquid data of water/ethanol/isobutanol system, but it didnt possess the performance of predicting the liquid-liquid equilibria.The partition coefficients of dipotassium glycyrrhizinat were determined in the liquid-liquid two-phase system of water/ethanol/isobutanol and corrected by experiential equation.
