AIM and METHODS : Immunohistochemical technique in combination with a computer assisted TV-image analysis system were used to measure the expression level of c-erbB-2 and bcl-2 proteins in 37 cases of lung squamous carcinoma and 48 cases of lung adenocarcinoma identified pathologically. The expression of c-erbB-2 and bcl-2 genetic proteins in lung carcinoma and some image signs of invasiveness of lung carcinoma were analysed correlatively.

摘 要 目的和方法：利用免疫组化技术LSAB法和计算机图像分析系统的结合，测定经手术病理证实之37例肺鳞癌及48例肺腺癌组织中c- erbB -2及 bcl -2基因蛋白的表达水平，分析其表达或共表达与反映肺癌侵袭力的影像征象的关系。

Compared the VOCs in lung cancer patients and normal people and metabolic product of lung cancer cells to analyze the correlation between lung cancer and its marker VOCs.Results 7 lung cancer patients were detected three marker VOCs in their breath: Benzene,Propyl benzene and Decane.

结果：177例中肺挫伤115例，湿肺17例，肺撕裂伤及肺内血肿16例，肺不张及肺实变24例，其中11例为迟发性肺不张，血胸85例，其中21例为迟发性血胸，气胸17例，血气胸15例，纵隔血肿7例，纵隔积气9例，肋骨骨折94例，以及合并其他脏器损伤。
