本文以有机地球化学特征分析方法为基础，采用无机地球化学勘探方法和纳米级地球化学勘探方法对新场气田上方地表无机地球化学和纳米级地球化学特征进行综合研究，发现了无机微量元素铜、锌、镍、钒、三氧化二铁(Fe_2O_3)、钡、钨、锑、银、钇、锆、镧等及纳米级微量元素钡、锶、钛、铜、锌、镍、铝、磷、镧系除钷(Pm、钇、钴、钨、银、铌、铊等元素在气田上方异常特征呈现顶端效应或烟囱效应，该类元素对气田的勘探具有重要的指示意义。
