In the actual application , we can get prediction result as long as use the real-time forecast data of T213 in the prediction model .

The sample populations were choused from an educational university in middle Taiwan. Students are all enrolled in the second semester, 2005. The total populations are 4443. Stratified random sample approaching the populations and 896 samples were gathered.
