Based on the existed theory of mareoids and fuzzy matroids, this thesis studies the closed regular fuzzy matroid and its fundamental sequence, the fuzzy base and its algorithm of closed fuzzy matroids, the fuzzy circuit and its algorithm of closed fuzzy matroids and so on.
