Materials and methods:Male Sprague—Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups as follow:Normoxia sedentary group,Hypoxic exposure group,Normoxia exercise group,living high training low group.the normoxia sedentary group lived in normoxic environment,hypoxic exposure group made hypoxic exposure for 12h in normobaric hypoxic tent(oxygen concentration 13.6%),Normoxia exercise group took 1h endurance exercise in normoxic environment at daytime,Hiho group was exposured in hypoxia at night after trained at daytime,the mode and duration of the both load were identical to hypoxic exposure group and normoxia exercise group.

研究方法：以雄性SD大鼠为研究对象，分成4组：常氧安静组、低氧暴露组、常氧运动组、高住低训组。常氧安静组在常氧环境下安静生活，低氧暴露组每晚在常压低氧(氧浓度13.6%)帐篷中低氧暴露12h，常氧运动组白天在常氧环境中进行耐力运动1h，高住低训组运动和低氧暴露的方式和时间分别同常氧运动组和低氧暴露组。

The time of cornea diabrosis, metastases into cervical lymph nodes and lung, survival time and ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in peripheral blood were observed.RESULTS: The time of cornea diabrosis in GTVC group or GTV group was later than that in PBS group, but no statistical difference between GTVC group and GTV group. Metastatic incidence in cervical lymph nodes of GTVC group mice or GTV group mice was lower than that in PBS group 18 days after the model had been established. There was no statistical difference in metastatic incidence between GTV group and GTVC group.

将荷瘤模型鼠分为磷酸盐缓冲液（phosphatebuffered saline，PBS）治疗组，IL12基因修饰肿瘤细胞疫苗（gene modified tumor cell vaccine， GTV）治疗组及GTV 联合CpGODN治疗组；鼠荷瘤模型建立后的第3d及第10d分别在各组鼠结膜下注射30μL PBS，30μL（3.0×106个细胞）灭活的GTV及含20μg CpGODN灭活的GTV，进行角膜溃破时间、淋巴结和肺部转移瘤发生率、生存时间及外周血CD4＋和CD8＋T细胞比例的观测。

Objective To study the relationship of endangium proliferation and the expression of metalloproteinases and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases after angioplasty of iliac artery in rabbits to investigate the probable mechanism of composite Danshen pill in prevention and treatment of restenosisMethods 30 white male rabbits of Japan （the average body weight was 25～30 kg）were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group,model group (intima destroyed by balloon and given hypercholesterol diet),CDP group (intima destroyed by balloon and given hypercholesterol diet plus drug CDP 150 mg/d),10 ones each groupResults The results of iliac artery angiogram and the analysis of pathology:there were lumens stenosis,thinner intima,smaller intima area,in CDP group compared with those in model group,and ratio of intima and tunica media thickness and area among each group (P＜001)Immunohistochemistry analysis:the MMP2,MMP9,TIMP1,TIMP2 in model group significantly increased than those in control group (P＜001)The CDP group had lower MMP2 and MMP9 expression,higher TIMP1 and TIMP2 expression,and increased MMP2/TIMP1,MMP9/TIMP2 than model group (P＜001)The thickening of vascular neointima and stenosis degree of vascular lumen were relevant to MMP2 and MMP9 (r=0896,P＜001)Conclusions MMP and TIMP play the very important role in the restenosis process of arteryCDP could inhibit the thickness of vascular neointima after balloon injury,the probable mechanism of which may be inhibiting collagen formation,smooth muscle immigration and decreasing hyperplasia of intima by interfering expression of MMPs and TIMPs

目的 研究兔髂动脉成形术后血管内膜增生和基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物表达之间的关系，探讨复方丹参滴丸预防再狭窄的可能机制。方法健康成年二级雄性日本大耳白兔30只，平均体重25～30 kg。随机分为3组：正常对照组10只，模型组10只（球囊内膜剥脱加高胆固醇饮食），治疗组10只（球囊内膜剥脱加高胆固醇饮食以及复方丹参滴丸150 mg/d）。结果兔髂动脉造影、血管病理图像分析检测结果：①复方丹参滴丸组较模型组血管造影示管腔直径狭窄、内膜厚度减少、内膜面积减少、内膜厚度和中膜厚度比、面积比，各组之间有显著性差异(P＜001)。②免疫组化分析：模型组MMP2、MMP9、TIMP1、TIMP2表达均高于对照组（P＜001）；复方丹参滴丸组MMP2、MMP9的表达低于模型组，而TIMP1、TIMP2的表达高于模型组；TIMP1/MMP2、TIMP2/MMP9明显增加，差异有显著性（P＜001）。③内膜的增生以及管腔的狭窄程度与MMP2、MMP9有很好的相关性(r=0896，P＜001)。结论 MMP和TIMP在再狭窄形成中起重要作用；复方丹参滴丸能够明显抑制血管损伤后的内膜增生，可能的机制是通过影响金属蛋白酶MMP2、MMP9及其抑制物TIMP1、TIMP2的表达从而抑制胶原的生成、平滑肌的迁移、增生，而减少内膜的增生。

Results On the basis of the percentage of GPI-anchored PLAP conversion,the sera GPI-PLD activities of total 172 patients,included 26 severe acute viral hepatitis as group A,29 liver cirrhosis as group B,32 chronic viral hepatitis as group C,55 mild acute viral hepatitis as group D,30 primary hepatocellular carcinoma as group E,were measured.As compared with 182 healthy presons as control group,the sera GPI-PLD activities of group A and B were significantly reduced;By contraries,the activities of group D and E were significantly raised.The sera GPI-PLD activities of group C compared with healthy control group were not significantly altered.However,when paired Q-test,the changes of serum GPI-PLD activity between all paired groups among this five groups were remarkable.

结果检测172例肝脏疾病患者(包括A组：26例急性重症病毒性肝炎；B组：29例肝硬化；C组：32例慢性病毒性肝炎；D组：55例急性非重症病毒性肝炎；E组：30例原发性肝癌)血清中GPI-PLD的活性，发现A、B两组患者的该酶活性较正常人(182名)显著性降低，而D、E两组则较正常人显著性增高，C组患者的酶活性与正常人无显著性差异，但A、B、C、D、E两组之间的酶活性水平改变却均有显著性。

We provide a substitution box, exponential permutation which has much measurable security, and give a enumerating result and a fast algorithm of calculating such permutation. An almost perfect nonlinear exponential permutation with high algebric degree is proposed. with some discussion on how to select the parameters of such permutation. The experimental result shows us a conjecture that there exists no such permutation over even dimensional space. As a way of generating substitution boxes, we briefly point out the cryptographic weakness of the exponential functions derived from such permutation. We also present two new cryptographic indexes, fixed point and cyclic structure, on which we investigate the performance of such permutation. Finally, we give a viewpoint about the application of correlation immune functions in designing substitution boxes.

The gene substitution model analysis showed thatsubstitution of B for C allele at αs1-Casein locus had a significant(p＜0.05)effect on305-day milk yield,but not for milk fat percent;substitution of A1at β-Casein locus had ainfluence on 305-day milk yield,fat and protein percent;substitution of A at κ-Casein andβ-Lactoglobulin loci had no significant effect on all production performance.
