On the basis of all the factors above, according to social cognitive theory, we hold that aiming at the phenomenon of college student' internet addiction, it is vital to set up a precautionary system involving social concernment, governmental recognition, family caring, educational administration school and individual participating of students. And we should build up a good environmental atmosphere and educate, supervise, and lead the students from internet addiction.
