According to the property of EBB, scanning electron beam was considered as plane heat source instead of spot heat source in this paper. Aiming at the problems to measure the real-time temperature and residual stress of radiator difficultly at high temperature, the two-dimensional finite element models were established. Based on the thermal elastic-plasticity, the temperature fields and stress fields of EBB 6139T and 6204T radiator by two kinds of process were simulated by the software of ANSYS. It is of great value and significance to guide actual production.

本文根据电子束钎焊的特点，将电子束点热源转化为扫描加热时的面热源，针对散热器高温下温度实时测量和残余应力实测困难这一问题，建立了二维有限元模型，以热—弹塑性理论为基础，利用ANSYS软件对6139T和6204T散热器分别按两种电子束钎焊工艺钎焊的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟，对于指导实际的生产具有重要的价值和意义。
