The results showed that the female silkworm moth powder could reduce MDA content in mouse serum and liver obviously. In high dosage group (8 g/kg), MDA content was lowered to the level of normal control group. Moreover, female silkworm moth powder could increase activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver of the model mice. The increases in middle dosage group (4 g/kg) and high dosage group reached extremely significant level.
结果表明家蚕雌蛾粉可明显降低模型小鼠血清及肝脏的MDA含量,高剂量组(8 g/kg)的MDA含量降低至正常对照组的水平,家蚕雌蛾粉还可提高模型小鼠血清及肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px活性,中剂量(4 g/kg)、高剂量组的提高幅度达极显著水平。

The yolk proteins were collected through the anatomization of the maiden eggs and the eggs in different embryo development stages. The yolk proteins were separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis and followed the image analysis. Over 203 protein spots were found to exist in the yolk protein of silkworm eggs. Some different patterns of yolk protein spots were found in silkworm of various varieties. While, little variation of yolk proteins was detected during different development stages of any silkworm variety.

Bioinformatics Analysis of Silkworm Development-Related Genes According to sequence homology, homologous genes for 86 genes participating in embryonic development genetic hierarchy of Drosaphila were searched in silkworm genome, including 43 maternal genes, 12 gap genes, 9 pair rule genes, 13 segment polarity genes and 9 homeotic genes. Results show that all but 6 maternal genes have the homologues in silkworm genome and some of them have high similarity.

The project implemented a systemic investigation to the pupa period of wild silkworm comparatively, which from Shanxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou provinces and so on. According to the investigation, the pupa dormant characteristic of Shaanxi wild silkworm was found, and the individual, which pupa period was more than two months was selected. Through the hybrid genetic analysis we found that the characteristics for a long period of pupa was controlled by polygene and genetic recessively and strongly influenced by environmental conditions at the same time. To compare the performance of pupa period of the pupa dormant wild mulberry silkworm, we designed different ecological conditions. The result indicating that the temperature is the main factor in the ecological impact, but the pupa period was extended at the same temperature conditions, indicating that the additive effects of the environmental factors.
本项目实施,系统调查比较了陕西、江苏、四川、重庆、贵州等省市的野桑蚕的蛹期经过,发现了陕西野桑蚕的蛹休眠特性,筛选获得了长达2个月以上的蛹期经过个体;通过杂交遗传分析,发现长蛹期特性表现为隐性遗传,受多基因控制,同时受环境条件的强烈影响作用;通过设计不同生态条件比较蛹休眠性野桑蚕蛹期经过的表现,表明温度是主要的生态影响因子,但相同温度的野外型条件下蛹期经过延长,表明受到环境因素的综合作用。

The test results of acute toxicity were examined with Pearson's degree of fitting. The results indicated that the silkworm was extremely sensitive to Chlorantraniliprole. The median lethal concentration (LC50) was 4.0905×10^(-3) mg/L and median lethal dose (LD50) was 1.1435×10^(-8) mg/larva for the 3rd instar newly exuviated larvae. No toxicity was observed when normal concentrations of Chlorantraniliprole were used to fumigate the silkworm rearing room. Both irrigation and leaf spraying with 1.25×10^(-4) mg/L Chlorantraniliprole solution showed strong systemic transmission properties in root, leaf and whole plant. The residual toxic period of this insecticide to silkworm was very long. Mulberry leaves sprayed with 1.25×10^(-4) mg/L Chlorantraniliprole solution could still cause 100% mortality of the 3 and 5 instar larvae after 60 d. Furthermore, toxic reaction was very quick. The poisoning symptoms emerged within 1~5 h after feeding on the poisonous leaves. The poisoned larvae experienced such symptoms as stopping ingestion, remaining still, vomiting slightly and body atrophy sequentially, and died ultimately.

RT-PCR detection and analysis of gene chip data showed that silkworm mago nashi gene expressed in all the stages detected during silkworm development, including embryo, larva, pupa and moth. However, higher expression could be visualized in gonads and silk gland compaired with other tissues.
