Maleic rosin has been added to the surface of wood flour in the form of monoester, i.e., the formation of esterified wood flour bearing a pendent carboxylic group. The rheological study showed that the complex viscosity η(superscript *, storage modulus and loss modulus of WF-HDPE composites decreased firstly and increased afterward and declined lastly as the dosage of maleic rosin increased, however, the viscosity of the composite melts decreased as a whole. After the modification of wood flour, the rheological properties of composite melts were improved markedly. According to the mechanical test it was indicated that, by proper treatment of wood flour with maleic rosin, the tensile strength and flexural strength of WF-HDPE increased obviously.
WF-HDPE流变学研究表明:复合材料的复合黏度η(上标*、储能模量和损耗模量随马来松香用量的增加先减小后增大最后减小,但体系的黏度和模量总体呈下降趋势,木粉经马来松香改性后复合熔体的流变性能显著改善,这不仅有利于提高复合材料的成型加工效率,而且适当的马来松香处理也能够提高复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度,后者被静态力学试验结果所证实。

Then some lime is added for deep-desilication at normal pressure, the siliceous modulus of solution increases more than 600 even if the Al2O3 content is more than 200g/L.The SiO2 coefficient in hydrate garnet from deep-desilication is more than 0.28. Under conditions of the addition of seed and application of novel technology of carbonization, the contents of Na2O and SiO2 in product are less than 0.37% and 0.025%, respectively.
实验结果显示:烧成的熟料溶出条件宽松,二次反应程度弱;溶出浆液在170℃左右直接进行加压脱硅,脱硅后溶液的硅量指数大于200,再加入适量的石灰进行深度脱硅,即使溶液中氧化铝浓度超过200g/L时,精液的硅量指数也大于600,且得到的水化石榴石中二氧化硅饱和系数大于0.28;通过加入晶种和采用新的碳酸化分解工艺制度,产品中的SiO2 含量降至0.025%, Na2O含量小于0.37%;加入表面活性剂,不仅能将碳分母液蒸发至Na2OT浓度大于300g/L,而且还可有效减缓表面上结疤的形成速度。

In this paper,the mechanical properties of the old PCC pavement structure overlaid with AC was analyzed with ANSYS,a software for finite element analysis,and the influence of interlayers,depth of AC-overlay and modulus of AC-overlay was taken account.According to the study it could be concluded that in order to retard the reflective cracking the interlayer should be put below the overlayer and the interlayer of high modulus can take effect well.

The damage represents complex mechanism. In this research based on T300/HT3 laminate structure, fatigue life is predicted phenomenologically, dealing mainly with in-plane stresses without accounting for out-of-plane failures such as craze. Fatigue modulus, based on damage mechanics, is used as a physical parameter which helps to describe the basic fatigue behaviors of unidirectional laminates and obtain expressions for cumulative damages defined by strains and stress. Based on some typical fatigue test data for unidirectional composite laminates, residual modulus sequence is found out.
本文以T300/HT3复合材料层压结构为研究对象,从唯象的观点出发,以损伤力学为基础构造损伤函数,考虑了剩余刚度和应变比率对复合材料的疲劳性能的影响,以这些变化着的机械性能作为损伤变量,建立了复合材料的疲劳损伤模型,基于层压板拉—拉疲劳试验数据,拟合出损伤模型中的参数,从而得到层压板拉—拉疲劳损伤变化规律,并建立损伤变量与内部损伤及疲劳寿命的联系,从而预测常幅应力作用下疲劳寿命。
