ABSTRACT : Based on the general circuit model of inter-phase power controller, the basic relationship of steady-state voltage of IPC is analyzed in this paper. Consequently a new concept is proposed to describe the basic feasible region of steady-state voltage of tuned IPC and its basic forms is defined under the conditions of tuned parameters.
