第七届全国残运会期间，本人伴同导师一起前往昆明实地调研。本文以参加第七届残疾人运动会轮椅篮球比赛的男女各8支省市队为研究对象，采用现场观摩、查阅文献资料、问卷调查及访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析和录像分析等研究方法，对比赛进行了现场观摩和录像分析，同时对参与比赛的教练员、工作人员以及运动员进行访谈和问卷调查，在掌握大量数据的基础上，对我国轮椅篮球目前存在的若干问题进行研究与分析。

Combined with (1)"The Five Competitive Forces analysis" proposed by Michel E, Porter (2)"Strategic matrix analysis" proposed by Dah-Hsian Seetoo,(3)"Strategic Management of Health Care Organizations" proposed by Ginter, Swayne and Duncan (1998), and (4)"The Nature of the Strategy" proposed by Se-Hwa Wu. This paper tries to combine these theoretical perspectives and highlights a normative model and it's details for industrial competitive analysis and strategy formulation. One side of academic aspect, we expect this model could generalize to apply to other industry as well as to health care industry. On the other side of practical aspect, we expect to offer CEO of hospital a more complete and fruitful framework for strategic and competitive analysis.

本文以国内外学者所提出不同观点的策略学说，应用於医疗产业分析，以往竞争策略架构的分析模式多引用Porter的五力分析，本文另从司徒达贤提出的策略矩阵分析法中之产业及策略分析构面来加以考量，加上Ginter，Swayne and Duncan(1998)之医疗管理分析模型及吴思华所提出的策略九说，使得在实务分析上更为完整，以期藉由此分析方式，提供医疗产业更丰富多元的思考模式。

Fist, comprehensive analysis on the current study on data processing is made, and characters of Newton methods about nonlinear surveying and mapping data processing are discussed, and then new solutions to parameters estimate with multi-sources, multi-types, multi-dimension, multi-precision bynonlinear least square are presented such as PSB algorithm, digital continuation and generalized digital continuation algorithm, cone model method, tensor analysis method, GCMA(mixed algorithm of gradient method and conjugate gradient method), combining algorithm based on Newton method and gradient method and confidence region and so on, and a new fast difference iterative algorithm is proposed towards parameters estimation containing random parameters in nonlinear models, and a new solutions to nonlinear least squares surveying and mapping adjustment by parameters estimation both considering the random and nonrandom parameters is presented after studying on nonlinear data processing in deformation monitoring, and at last primary analysis on error propagation of spatial data is made and approximate error propagation formula and error analysis formula to length and area are proposed.

Considering the specialty of pseudo-random vector, a partial scan algorithm for BIST, which unifying the structure analysis and testability analysis, is presented in this paper. Then, the fault simulation experiments on ISCAS89 benchmark circuits by this algorithm is made, and the results, which made by the full scan algorithm and the partial scan algorithm only based on the structure analysis, is compared. The conclusion is achieved: for pseudo-random vector, compared with the full scan circuit and the circuit geted by partial scan algorithm only based on the structure analysis, the circuit geted by our partial scan algorithm can greatly reduce the test time with very close or even greater faults coverage and less area than the full scan.

考虑到伪随机测试向量的特殊性，本文借鉴确定性测试向量生成的部分扫描算法，在内建自测试环境中，提出一种综合结构分析和可测性分析的部分扫描算法，PSBAST，并运用此算法对ISCAS89 benchmark电路进行计算，并对经计算后得到的部分扫描电路进行故障模拟，最后将模拟结果与全扫描电路和一种仅考虑结构因素的部分扫描算法得到的结果进行详细分析和比较，结果表明：对于伪随机测试向量，相对于全扫描电路和由仅考虑结构因素的部分扫描算法得到的电路，本文提出的部分扫描算法得到的电路，能够在不低于全扫描结构故障覆盖率前提下，大幅度减少测试时间，并能降低测试面积开销。
