Results:It showed that IC50 value of TP inhibiting DNA primase-polymerase α complex activity was 20.28 (15.17～ 27.13)μ g/ml. TP could promote DNA primer synthesis but inhibit DNA primer extension.

ND-1 scFv was labeled with 〓Tc by MTD.〓Tc-ND-1 scFv was injected into mice bearing the CCL-187 xenograft for biodistribution study, radioactivity in blood, tumor and normal tissue was determinated at various time periods following injection by a gamma scintillation counter, and the ratios of radioactivity between tumor tissue and normal tissue were evaluated. Radioactively- labled scFv displayed rapid localization in tumors. Accumulation was found in tumors in high concentrations 1 hour after injection, and scfv uptake in tumor was 2.6 times higher than in blood. The T/NT for blood, liver, spleen , hear, lung and kidney were 2.61, 1.85 1.94, 1.75, 0.83 and 0.22 respectively.
