Conclusions】 Fibrin educe have effect on micro column gel method, It can be resolve by CaCl2 centrifugalization methods for fresh blood samples and EDTA-Na2 methods for anticoagulation or non-anticoagulation blood samples, we recommend to use these methods in clinical.
