In order to investigate the antioxidant activity, thirteen stilbene derivatives was examined by DPPH method. The radical scavenging ability is greatly increased by 2, 5-dihydroxy groups in the skeleton. There is a linear relationship between the maximum UV absorption wavelength and the radical scavenging ability of the compounds.

Sodium 2-Acrylarnido-Acetate has been synthesized through the reaction of Aminoacetic acid with acryloyl chlorine, then Copolymer of sodium 2-acrylamido-acetate and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride with acrylamide had been prepared by free radical polymerization using (NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3 as the free radical initiator in water solution.

Methods: Between November 2003 and December 2005, 67 patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (34 patients, group A) and open radical nephrectomy (33 patients, group B). Operating time, blond loss, amount of postoperative drainage, time to ambulation, recovery of intestinal function after operation, the postoperative hospital stay, use of antalgesic and transfusion blood and plasma were compared between group A and group B, retrospectively. Results: In group A, the operations of 31 patients were successful and 3 cases failed, then conversed to open surgery. Firstly, one case were not decented the prerenal fascia and the other two cases occurred complications, one case was due to injurying genital gland vein, with blood loss of 500m1, another fatty renal capsula was too thick to explose the renal pedicle. The operations of group B were all successful, only one case was died of intracerebral hemorrhage after two monthes.

回顾性分析和比较后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术(Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy， RLRN)34例与开放性肾癌根治性切除术(Open radical nephrectomy， ORN)33例，比较两种方法的手术时间、术中出血、术后引流、术后最早下床活动时间、肠功能恢复情况、术后住院时间、术后镇痛剂使用量、术中术后输血、血浆量、术后随访时间及手术效果结果：A组中1例因最初对解剖结构难于辨认，无法分离肾前筋膜至肾门而改行开放手术，1例因损伤精索静脉出血难以控制而改行开放手术，1例因肾周脂肪过多，无法将肾脏掀起显露肾蒂而行开放手术，31例手术成功。B组手术均获成功，1例术后2个月因大面积脑出血死亡，余均无瘤生存。

Methods: During the April 2003 to December 2004, from the patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C stage who were performed laparoscopic radical operation random draw 20 patients as experiment group, and from patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C patients who were performed open radical operation 20 patients took randomly as contrast group. We draw thepatients blood about 5 ml from antecubital vein at the time before and after the operation about 30 minutes respectively, preserved the blood in deep hypothermia circumstance,cytrokeratin-20(CK-20) as the micrometastasis maker, using the RT-PCR technique,G3PDH as the intra-contrast gene, quantitatively detect the amounts of CK-20 in the blood with the gelatum imagery system and the computer analyzing software on the gelatum imagery system ,in order to compare the influence of the laparoscopic and the open operation on the micrometastasis.

在我院2003年4月—2004年12月间不同部位的临床分期在Dukes C期之内的接受了腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术结直肠癌患者中随机抽取20例作为试验组，另外在同期的接受开腹手术患者中随机抽取20例作为对照组，分别抽取术前30min和术后30min的肘前静脉血5ml，集中低温保存，以细胞角蛋白(cytekeratin-20)CK-20为微转移的标志物，应用RT-PCR技术，以G3PDH为内对照基因，应用凝胶成像系统及其计算机凝胶成像系统分析软件来定量检测手术前、后患者外周静脉血中CK-20含量，比较腹腔镜和开腹的手术方式对肿瘤微转移的影响。

Methods: 1. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were established renal calcium oxalate calculi model. 2. The different dose of LBP, medlar soak and apozem was given. The calcium oxalate crystallization, the renal cell apoptosis and the renal free radical level were detected. 3. The relationship of the renal cell apoptosis index, the renal free radical level and the calcium oxalate crystallization grade in the kidney tubule was determined.

The investigation also showed that, the antioxidants with same action mechanism, for example, as both radical scavengers, phenol and amine antioxidants are synergistic; but the synergistic effects between two antioxidants with different action mechanism, such as radical scavenging phenol and amine antioxidants, and hydroperoxide decomposing ashless dithiocarbamate, are much stronger, and the heterosynergism between dithiocarbamate and alkylated diphenylamine is outstanding, which can serve as high temperature ashless high performance antioxidant combination; the heterosynergism among three antioxidants with three different action mechanisms, for example, the tri-component combination of alkylated diphenylamine, zinc dithiocarbamate and organic molybdate ester, can achieve excellent antioxidation performance.

Part 7 is the conclusion of this paper.The main research in this paper includes:1 The 22 mixed ligand complexes were synthesized in which bipyridine-, phenanthroline 5-nitrophenanthroline , phenanthroline- 5,6-dikentone and biquinoline are the first ligand and chlorine ion phenylalanine, tyosine asparagic radical 2.6-diaminocaproic radical tryptophan , histidine malonate(mal2-) benzyl malonate (bmal2-) phenethtyl malonate (pmal2-) are the second ligand.
