Results: The maximal diameter of dorsal hallucal veins was about (0.42±0.02)mm at the proximal 1/3 of distal phalanx,(0.54±0.12)mm at interpha langeal joint position,(0.64±0.18)mm at the distal 1/3 of proximal phalanx,(0.85±0.19)mm at the proximal 1/3 of proximal phalanx, and (1.04±0.30)mm at the position of metatarsophalangeal joint.

Methods:The treatment of 18 cases with bone cysts was reviewed,which there were treated from January 2004 to February 2005. There were12 males and 6 females with an average age of 13 years?old. The bone cysts were located in the proximal humerus（n=9）,proximal femur（n=4）,proximal tibia（n=1）,distal tibia（n=1）,proximal ulna（n=1）,distal ulna（n=1）,and distal radius（n=1）.Under fluoroscopy, two fine bone marrow biopsy needls pierced the bone cysts from the top and the bottom of the cyst respectively.The intracystic fluid was drawn out,the cyst cavity was irrigated and then the tissue engineering complexation of autologous red bone marrow and methylprednisolone with sodium hyaluronate was injected in percutaneously.

In addition, many studies of patients with AVN showed plenty of special characteristics,such as age distribution and bone quality.Objective:To study the geometric features of proximal femur for the Chinese AVN population,in order to prove the existence of special characteristic of proximal femur for the disease and then develop an AVN-specialized stem evaluated by a validated finite element analysis.Methods:1.The author investigated the standard X-ray data of 127 cases(179 hips) with definite diagnosis of AVN to provide anatomical references for this disease.At the same time,we conducted a meta-analysis of anatomical studies of normal proximal femur data,including the section of LT+20,LT,LT-20 and CFI to identify the potential difference between AVN and normal population.
