This research's purpose is approach the mechanism of action and clinical curative effect of TCM principles: warming yang, benefiting vital energy principle and eliminating stasis to activate blood circulation, driving off pathological body fluid to improve the pathological change, with contrast between the Shenfu injection and the phentolamine. Objective To observe the pathological changes and investigate the hepatocyte apoptosis relating with CYP2E1 in alcoholic liver diseaseof rat. Method the Model of Alcoholic liver Disease: Rats were randomly divided into model group(n=37)and control group(n=33). The dose of 40％ethanol was administerd at 8g/kg body weight by garage twice daily for 8 weeks in model group, and control group was received isovolume saline by gavage. End of 8th week, the activities of serum ALT and AST were detect by autobiochemistry instrument.
