First described in 1955, nodular fasciitis, or pseudo sarcomatous fibromatosis, is a benign, self-limiting reactie process composed of proliferating fibroblasts in a myxoid stroma.

Methods Nuclear β-catenin expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 77 lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis and 171 other spindle cell lesions, including superficial fibrmoatosis (n=18), nodular fasciitis (n=36), keloid (n=16), scar (n=10), granulation tissue (n=9), synovial sarcoma (n=38), neufibroma (n=13), solitary fibrous tumor (n=12), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (n=10), low-grade myxofibrosarcoma (n=3), low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (n=3), and smooth muscle tumor (n=10). In addition, the immunohistochemical expressions of ER-α, ER-β and Ki-67 were examined in all of the lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis. The nuclear immunohistochemical staining for nuclear βcatenin and ER-β was graded as high level (≥25% of cells), low level (5%-25%) or none.

采用免疫组织化学染色法检测77例韧带样型纤维瘤病和171例其它良、恶性梭形细胞病变（包括结节性筋膜炎36例、浅部纤维瘤病11例、瘢痕疙瘩16例、增生性瘢痕10例、肉芽组织9例、滑膜肉瘤38例、神经纤维瘤13例、孤立性纤维性肿瘤12例、胃肠间质肿瘤10例、低度恶性黏液纤维肉瘤3例、低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤3例及平滑肌肿瘤10例）组织中β-catenin核阳性的表达，同时检测韧带样型纤维瘤病中ER-α、ER-β和Ki-67的表达。

Two cases of MFL also showed polypoid or nodular. It was composed of centrocytic/centroblastic cells.(4) Large multilobated nuclei lymphomas were seen in two cases.(5)Histiocytic in three cases.

MFL 2例亦呈息肉样或形成肿块，由中心细胞和中心母细胞组成，（4）大多叶核淋巴瘤2例，（5）组织细胞性3例。

The mean thickness of the head was 1.4 cm and those of the body and tail were 0.78 cm or 1.5 cm respectively. The images of 18 patients shew the nodular changes of the tailes. The hibateral epididymitis was in 9 patients and 5 patients with orchitis. 5 patients were complicated with hydrocele, 3 patients with homolateral varicocele. The ultrasonographic diagnosis of 87 patients was consistent with that of clinic.

The expression of Galectin-3 and S100A4 in 68 cases of thyroid follicular hyperplasic nodule was detected by immunohistochemistrical Envision method beside 17 cases of follicular adenoma, 6 cases of adenomatous nodular goiter, 14 cases of follicular variant of papillary carcinoma and 31 cases of follicular carcinoma.

Results MRI appearances of acoustic neuromas were:（1）The turmor's growth round the internal auditory canal,the Ⅶ,Ⅷ nerves affected side were thickened than that of opposite side.There was no marked demarcation between the main bodies of the tumors and the affected nerves.The connection between tumors and affected nerves could be showed at contrast enhanced imaging.（2）The tumors were of hypo or isohypo intensity on T1 weighted images and hyper or iso hyper intensity on T2 weighted images.（3）After Gd DTPA administration the tumors were homogeneously or inhomogeneously or circularly enhanced.（4）The margins of the tumors were smooth and well delineated.（5）The affected internal auditory canal usually became shorter in depth and larger in posterior anterior diameter.（6）MRI appearances of micro acoustic neuromas were that the affected Ⅶ,Ⅷ nerves were normal in size or nodularly thickened and the tumor reveaed nodular or point enhancement at contrast enhanced MRI.

结果 听神经瘤的MRI表现主要为：（1）肿瘤以内听道为中心生长，第Ⅶ、Ⅷ神经束较对侧增粗，与肿瘤主体多无明确分界，增强后可见两者相连，颇为特征；（2）肿瘤在T1加权图像上呈低信号、略低信号或低等混合信号，T2加权呈高信号或高等混合信号；（3）注射Gd DTPA后肿瘤呈均匀、不均匀或环状强化；（4）肿瘤边界清晰，边缘光整；（5）绝大多数肿瘤患侧内听道前后径扩大，深径缩短；（6）微小听神经瘤的MRI表现为第Ⅶ、Ⅷ神经束正常或局部结状增粗，造影后呈结节状或点状增强。

Resujts:① The distribution of lesions are mostly symmetrical, extensive, predominant in the middle and lower lung fields, and posterior areas in peripheral;② There are so many HRCT findings of lung, ILD is predominant: intralobular interstitial thickening 46 cases (100%), ground-glass opacity 41 cases (89.13%), peribronchovascular or centrilobular interstitial thickening 40 cases (86.96%), interlobular septal thickening 38 cases (82.61%), irregular linear opacity 37 cases (80.43%), small nodular opacity 34 cases (73.91%), subpleural line 27 cases (58.70%), bmnchiectasis or bronchiolectasis 19 cases (41.30%), patch opacity 18 cases (39.13%), expiratory mosaic sign 15 cases (32.61%), interface sign 14 cases (30.43%), honeycombing 12 cases (26.09%), emphysema or bulla 3 cases, cystic airspace suspected 1 case, and atelectasis suspected 1 case;③ Mediastinum and pleura: multiple small lymphonodi in mediastinum 41 cases (89.13%), pleural thickening or rough 38 cases (82.61%), esophagoectasis 11 cases (23.91%), unilateral little pleural fluid 1 case, and mediastinal emphysema 1 case.

结果：①皮肌炎肺部病变分布呈对称、广泛、偏中下、偏外后的特点；②肺部HRCT表现多样，以肺间质性改变为主：小叶内间质增厚46例(100%)，磨玻璃影41例(89.13%)，支气管血管束增宽或小叶核心增大40例(86.96%)，小叶间隔增厚38例(82.61%)，不规则纤维索条影37例(80.43%)，结节影34例(73.91%)，胸膜下线27例(58.70%)，支气管或细支气管扩张19例(41.30%)，斑片影18例(39.13%)，呼气相马赛克征15例(32.61%)，界面征14例(30.43%)，蜂窝影12例(26.09%)，肺气肿或肺大泡3例，单纯囊状气腔1例，肺不张l例；③纵隔及胸膜：纵隔小淋巴结影41例(89.13%)，胸膜增厚或毛糙38例(82.61%)，食管扩张11例(23.91%)，单侧少量性胸腔积液1例，纵隔气肿1例。

Methods Among 106 patients with NG in the study, there were 7 cases of pure nodular resection,12 cases of subtotal resection on one side,8 cases of one side plus isthmic resection, 79 cases of bilateral subtotal resection.
