Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的"V"形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈"葫芦"状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈"桃尖"样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

结果：322例患儿头CT扫描见小脑星形细胞瘤1例，脑炎改变18例，脑炎合并有鼻窦炎的37例，屈光不正51例，腺样体轻、中度肥大79例，重度肥大59例。其中有鼻窦炎77例，鼻窦炎合并有鼻息肉12例，合并有鼻窦黏膜囊肿6例，合并有乳突炎29例，合并有鼻窦炎、乳突炎的22例。

Abstract］ Objective To study the diagnostic value of the MRI image in appendical mucous cyst.

目的 探讨MRI对阑尾粘液囊肿的诊断价值。

In some cases , there are two or more epithelium types which transmigrate each other . Visceral muscle , mucous gland and other components within the cyst wall can be found in some cases .

结果：囊肿壁上皮可为单层或复层扁平，立方，柱状上皮；一些病例可见两种以上上皮组织成分，并相互移行；某些病例，在囊肿壁内可含有黑色素，软骨，平滑肌，粘液腺等多种组织成分。

Methods The clinical data and MRI image were collected from 3 cases with appendical mucous cyst confirmed by operation and pathology, and the findings of MRI were analyzed.

搜集3例经手术及病理证实的阑尾粘液囊肿临床及MRI资料，分析其MRI表现。

Materials and Methods 15 cases included 8 salivary gland mixed tumors, 2 capillary hemangiomas, 3 squamous cell carcinoma and 2 mucous epidermoid cyst.

资料与方法本组15例中涎腺混合瘤8例，海绵状血管瘤2例，鳞状细胞癌3例，黏液表皮样囊肿2例。

Results The lesion located at the basal segments of left lower lobe in 9 cases (90%), furthermore, 7(70%) at the posterior basal segments; The remainder 1 case (10%) was found at the posterior basal segment of right lower lobe; The lesion present as multiloculated cyst containing fluid and/or air in 7 cases(70%) without contrast enhancement of cyst wall, 3 cases (30%) presented as irregular mass with moderate enhancement, in which bronchiectasis with mucous impaction, calcification or cyst containing fluid may be seen; MRP, MIP and VR reconstructions showed anomalous branches arising from descending aorta in all 10 patients(100%) with draining into left atrium via pulmonary vein,which was consistent with surgery; Ipsilateral hilar lymphadenopathy was demonstrated in 7 cases (70%).

结果 9例（90％）病灶位于左下叶基底段，其中7例（70％）位于左下叶后基底段，1例（10％）位于右下叶后基底段；7例（70％）病灶表现为含液/气的薄壁多房囊腔，增强后囊壁无明显强化，3例（30％）表现为不规则团块，增强后有中等强化，其内有粘液嵌塞的扩张支气管，也可有钙化或液性区；MPR、MIP及VR等三维重建显示10例（100％）均为降主动脉发出异常分支供血，并通过肺静脉回流入左房，血管显示情况与手术相符；7例（70％）患侧肺门淋巴结有增大。
