The changes of morphology and mass in the process of pretreatment, the morphology and the phase constitution of chemical conversion film formed by stannate were studied using scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and the mass loss method. The corrosion resistance of film were studied by salt spay test and damp test.

The basic theories of mathematical morphology for binary image are stated, and the most simple structure elements of morphologic transformation for binary images are proposed and proved. The geodetic morphologic transformation models are also developed. For the purpose of improving the speed of transformation in computer, the"set symmetric difference"is introduced to adapt each model. Some new morphologic filtering models and quantitative evaluating model of filtering effects in image processing are proposed, under the applied condition. The morphologic thinning methods are studied, and two new morphologic thinning models are developed. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of mining maps, the image vectorizing tactics and a series of algorithms are proposed, including dynamic adaptive image thresholding using two thresholds, graphic and text separation, noise removal, and multi elements extracting models with mathematical morphology. Accuracy preserving compressed vectorizing model for image vectorization is put forward to generate vector data in multi layer.

论文对二值图象形态学的基础理论进行了较系统的阐述，提出并证明了二值图象处理中形态变换的最简单结构元素，并发展了测地形态变换模型；为了提高形态变换的计算机实现速度，引入了集合论中"对称差"的概念对各形态变换模型进行了改化；针对数学形态学在图象处理中的实际应用，提出了新的形态滤波模型及滤波效果的度量评价模型；研究了形态细化方法，提出了快速形态细化和保形快速形态细化算法；在研究矿图基本特征基础上，提出了人机协同矿图扫描图象矢量化处理策略及一系列扫描图象处理算法模型，包括双阈值动态自适应图象二值化、图文分离、噪声去除、图面多种要素提取形态变换模型等；在图象栅格—矢量转换中，提出了保精度压缩矢量化模型，以生成分层要素矢量数据。

Either on the molecular and cellular level or on the histological and organic level , they all have their distinctive demonstration. 1.Ouabain、Digoxine、DMSO decrease the expression of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level , the cell morphology and ultramicroscopic structure demonstrated destructive effect,it indicates the cause of cataract of the medicines.2.D-thyroxine、Amphotericin B、Vitamin E increase the expression of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level ,from the demonstration of the cell morphology and ultramicroscopic structure ,it indicates the medicines have protective or anti-distructive effect on lens.3.The medicines have isoform-specific action on lens sodium-pump,it indicates exploitting isoform-specific medicine has a promising clinical application.4. Lens sodium-pumps are inhibited probably lead to cataract, so in clinical medication, especially to the cardiovascular doctor, while he is using the sodium-pump inhibitors, he should pay more attention to adjust the dosage and duration of the drug therapy. 5. To creat the animal model of cataract through inhibiting lens sodium-pump, whether it can be a kind of classical method or not, it is worthy of further research.

本研究所选用的药物对晶状体钠泵均有明显的影响作用，在分子水平、细胞水平、组织器官水平均有特异的表现：1、哇巴因、地高辛、二甲基亚砜三种药物可降低晶状体钠泵α亚单位在 mRNA水平的表达，在细胞形态和超微结构上表现为损伤效应，提示了其潜在的导致白内障的可能。2、D甲状腺素、两性霉素B、维生素 E三种药物可升高晶状体钠泵α亚单位在 mRNA水平的表达，从细胞形态和超微结构上的表现，提示了其对晶状体有保护作用或抗损伤效应。3、药物作用于晶状体钠泵具有重整异构特异性，提示了开发出特异的具有重整异构作用的药物是极有临床应用前景的。4晶状体钠泵抑制后可能导致白内障的发生，故临床用药，尤其是心内科医生在使用这些钠泵抑制剂时应注意调整用药剂量及药物疗程。5 通过抑制晶状体钠泵来制作白内障动物模型能否成为一种经典的制作方法，还有待于进一步研究。

In chapter 3, we found a class of universal CA operators for Mathematical Morphology and implemented Mathematical Morphology in CNN-UBN by use of the theory in chapter 2, which make lots of morphological image processing problems be solved with CNN-UBN.

The above method can be used as a general method of determining molecular weight distribution of polymers.4.Solid-state ~1H wide-line NMR and ~(31)p magic angle spinningNMR were applied to a series of PEI/DNA complex samples with different PEI molecular weights and nitrogen/phosphatemolar ratios,in order to disclose the influence of various structural factors on the interactions and morphology.The results of ~1H NMR spectra showed that the linewidth of the PEI signal was greatly broadened with increasing the N/P ratio.Meanwhile,in the ~(31)p M_AS experiment,the signal was found to shift upfield with the increase of the N/P ratio.Both ~1H and ~(31)P NMR experiments demonstrated that the interaction between two constituents and subsequently the morphology of the complexes vary with the N/P ratio.

Results 1、The CD11b-positive microglia were dyed low brown with small bacilliform cell bodies,ramified morphology,thin and long protuberance in CON and NIC group;In LPS group,the CD11b-positive microglia were dyed chocolate brown with more big roundish cell bodies,thicker and shorter processes;Most CD11b-positive microglia were dyed brown with bacilliform cell bodies,ramified morphology and few cells were dyed deep brown with more big roundish cell bodies,thicker and shorter protuberance in NIC+LPS group.
