Methods A modified Bramante muffle was used and 22 chinese mandibular second molars with Cshaped root or seperated roots were sectioned into four pieces perpendicularly distance from apex to 3,3.5,8 mm,respectively.The crosssectional anatomical morphology was observed and the minimum root canal wall thickness of each section was measured.

RESULTS: SEM results showed that the fiber morphology of P(50/50) 6% nanofibers membrance was better and more uniform diameter distribution. Hydrophilicity of P(75/25) fibers was better. MTT results proved that 6% and 8% P(50/50) nanofibers could enhance the adhesion and proliferation of endothelial cells on the surface of materials, and the cells had the best spreading and attachment on the nanofibers.
