Since they are now beginning to consider the necessity of technical manpower dispatching, the selection of the right temporary help service firms has become a very important issue.In the past, supplier evaluation and selection studies mostly focused on the manufacturing and service industries. Hence, this paper studied the past domestic studies conducted on supplier selection to understand the appropriate selection guidelines that would serve as the fundamental guidelines for the selection of outsourcing manpower companies. The PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) proposed by Brans and Vincke in 1985 was used as the supplier selection tool for the study. Finally, we employed a simulated case study where we consolidated the selection guidelines,method and tools to create a reference for future practical applications and academic researches.

在过去,有关于厂商评选的国内外文献中,其研究对象以制造业及服务业居多,针对人力派遣公司评选准则之文献则相当的缺乏,因此,本研究将讨论国内半导体设备供应商评选技术人力派遣公司之准则,藉由过去国内学者对供应商评选之相关研究,寻得适宜的评选准则,以做为评选人力派遣公司之基础,采用由Brans及Vincke在1985年所提出之PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations)法做为评选供应商之工具,并将此方法藉由Excel应用软体予以辅助计算,最后,使用模拟个案,将研究所提出的评选准则、方法及工具三者结合,提供实务运作及学术研究上作为参考。

The aim of this research is to study the technology of photoelectric component, the high reliability process of 8 inch infrared ray absorption type of filter, and its market analysis. Filter is the key component of various optical systems. In general, color filter is fabricated by coating method. This study presents the novel method for filter fabrication by high temperature sintering of Si, B, Al2O3, and other materials. Compared with conventional filter, the absorption type of filter have more stable spectrum because of its properties of invisible light absorption.

Make a preliminary study on the stress feature of reinforced concrete special-shaped column and Z-shaped column of which the ratio of limb length to limb thickness is between 4~5 ,and the preliminary design method is suggested;4. Through elato-plastic time history dynamic analysis of typical projects, check up the weak storey of the special-shaped column structure and yielding, breaking and collapse mechanism to satisfy the earthquake resistant requirement to buildings of remaining stand under strong earthquake;5. Derive for project use simplified calculation formula of vibration period, suitable vibration period, suitable rigidity of special-shaped column structure through theoretical analysis, and provide an easy and practical method for deciding the structure scheme economically, safely and reasonably;6. Based on the study achievements in theory and massive analysis and calculations of this paper, sum up the regularities of inner force, deformation of special-shaped column structure and seismic conceptual design, and thus the suggection of seismic design of special-shaped column structures is presented.

This paper is expanded into three main parts to study and analyze the stock time series.1 Through the normality tests, All the sample stock-data curves show different phenomenon of Aiguille and Fat-tail, as well as Left-Deviation, which proves that none of the sample series belong to normal distribution, in other words, the linear method can't be applied into the analysis process, so we adopted the R/S method instead.2 The application of R/S method has verified the long-term memory characteristics of the sample series, and Support Vector Regression is combined to enhance the precision of Average circle period.
