Among used machine learning methods, the gradient descent method is widely used to train various classifiers, such as Back-propagation neural network and linear text classifier. However, the gradient descent method is easily trapped into a local minimum and slowly converges. Thus, this study presents a gradient forecasting search method based on prediction methods to enhance the performance of the gradient descent method in order to develop a more efficient and precise machine learning method for Web mining.However, a prediction method with few sample data items and precise forecasting ability is a key issue to the gradient forecasting search method. Applying statistic-based prediction methods to implement GFSM is unsuitable because they require a large number of data items to model a prediction model. In the contrast with statistic-based prediction methods, GM(1,1) grey prediction model does not need a large number of data items to build a prediction model, and it has low computational load. However, the original GM(1,1) grey prediction model uses a mathematical hypothesis and approximation to transform a continuous differential equation into a discrete difference equation in order to model a forecasting model.

其中梯度法是一个最常被使用来实现机器学习的方法之一，然而梯度法具有学习速度慢以及容易陷入局部最佳解的缺点，因此，本研究提出一个梯度预测搜寻法则(gradient forecasting search method， GFSM)来改善传统梯度法的缺点，用来提升一些以梯度学习法则为基础的分类器在资讯探勘上的效率与正确性；而一个所需资料量少、计算复杂度低且精确的预测模型是梯度预测搜寻法能否有效进行最佳解搜寻之关键因素，传统统计为基础之预测方法的缺点是需要较大量的数据进行预测，因此计算复杂度高，灰色预测模型具有建模资料少且计算复杂度低等优点，然而灰色预测理论以连续之微分方程式为基础，并且透过一些数学上的假设与近似，将连续之微分方程式转换成离散之差分方程式来对离散型资料进行建模及预测，这样的作法不尽合理，且缺乏数学理论上的完备性，因为在转换过程中已经造成建模上的误差，且建模过程仅考虑相邻的两个资料点关系，无法正确反应数列未来的变化趋势。

According to the need of the subject"Study on Saving Energy in House Buildings with Concrete Blocks"conveyed by Science and Technology Committee of Liaoning Province and the feasibility of constructing high-rise block buildings in the area of eight of earthquake intensity, an experimental study on the mechanical properties of the high-strength masonry panels with concrete small-size hollow blocks has been finished, and both the dynamic characteristics and the seismic behaviors of elastic and plastic state of long cantilever reinforced block shear walls have been analyzed by finite element method in this paper.

In this study, with a total of 798 SOC density data and the 1:500 000 soil maps, the SOC storage in YunnanGuizhouGuangxi Region of China (including Yunnan province, Guizhou province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) was estimated using the soil type method with the linkage of arithmetic mean method, median method, and areaweighted mean method (based on the area recorded in the Soil Series) based on different map units and the results were compared with that of the linkage of PKB method (Pedological Professional Knowledge Based Method).

In order to know the evolutionary relationships between false vein, ISC, and VSC in Pteridaceae, 19 grnera and 82 species in Pteridaceae were sampled in this study; silica deposition types, ordinary epidermal cell morphology and veinal epidermal cells morphology of these species were surveyed. Since they are now beginning to consider the necessity of technical manpower dispatching, the selection of the right temporary help service firms has become a very important issue.In the past, supplier evaluation and selection studies mostly focused on the manufacturing and service industries. Hence, this paper studied the past domestic studies conducted on supplier selection to understand the appropriate selection guidelines that would serve as the fundamental guidelines for the selection of outsourcing manpower companies. The PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) proposed by Brans and Vincke in 1985 was used as the supplier selection tool for the study. Finally, we employed a simulated case study where we consolidated the selection guidelines,method and tools to create a reference for future practical applications and academic researches.

在过去，有关于厂商评选的国内外文献中，其研究对象以制造业及服务业居多，针对人力派遣公司评选准则之文献则相当的缺乏，因此，本研究将讨论国内半导体设备供应商评选技术人力派遣公司之准则，藉由过去国内学者对供应商评选之相关研究，寻得适宜的评选准则，以做为评选人力派遣公司之基础，采用由Brans及Vincke在1985年所提出之PROMETHEE（Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations）法做为评选供应商之工具，并将此方法藉由Excel应用软体予以辅助计算，最后，使用模拟个案，将研究所提出的评选准则、方法及工具三者结合，提供实务运作及学术研究上作为参考。
