GMC has successively communicated in terms of academic affairs with Columbia University, U.K. Royal College of General Practitioners, San Francisco State University and Université de Bretagne Occidentale, etc. These dozens of years have seen that over 50 groups of overseas scholars, who totaled over 80 person-times, have been invited to Guangzhou Medical College for the purpose of academic communication. And a long-term academic communication and cooperation between Guangzhou Medical College and foreign as well as Hongkong famous neuroscience research centers, for instance Institute of Neurosciences and Gereology of California University, School of Medicines of Indiana University, Neuroscience Center of University of Memphis in Tennessee, School of Medicines of London University, Hongkong University, Hongkong Chinese University and Hongkong University of Science and Technology, etc., is bridged.

我院全面贯彻广州医学院第九次党代会精神，大力加强对外合作，积极开展对外交流，不断提高学院国际化水平，自2005年以来先后与美国加州大学、美国西北理工大学、英国皇家全科医学院、美国哥伦比亚大学、美国旧金山州立大学、法国西布列塔尼大学等高等院校或研究部门开展学术交流活动，建立了良好的合作关系；接待国外学者50余批、80多人次到所讲学和交流；与国外和香港有名的神经科学中心或学科（如美国加州大学神经科学与老年研究所、印地安那州大学医学院、田纳西州孟菲斯神经科学中心、英国伦敦大学医学院、香港大学、香港中文大学、香港科技大学等）建立了长期的学术交往与合作关系，增强信息交流，建立人才培训渠道。

结果如下：①用HPLC一UV法，在321nm处检测，用归一化法计算，控制各杂质峰面积的和，可检查重庆医科大学的注射用甲硝吟磷酸二钠中的有关物质：②用HPLC一UV法，在254nm处检测，控制杂质峰面积的和及控制最大杂质峰面积，可对重庆科瑞制药股份有限公司的注射用头饱曲松钠中的有关物质实施控制；③用HPLC一Uv法，在254nm处检测，按外标法计算，可检查注射用头抱曲松钠中的聚合物；④用紫外分光光度法，在277nm波长处测定吸收度，按C6H9N303的吸收系数为377计算每片标示百分含量，可测定重庆医科大学的甲硝哇口颊片的含量均匀度；⑤用紫外分光光度法，在277run波长处分别测定释放溶液20min、50min和90min的吸收度，按甲硝哇(C6H剥303)的吸收系数为377计算释放度，可检查重庆医科大学的甲硝哇口颊片的释放度。

The research indicates that:(1) detecting λmax (277nm) can identify Metronidazole Buccal Tablets prepared by Chongqing Medical College;(2) detecting λmax (321nm) and λmin (265nm) can identify Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate for Injection prepared by Chongqing Medical College;(3) detecting tr (6.7min) in HPLC-UV spectrum can identify Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection prepared by Chongqing Keru Pharmacy Co.;(4) detecting tR (10.2min) 6.7min in HPLC-UV spectrum can identify Clarithromycin Tablets prepared by Harebin Yida Pharmacy Co.;(5) detecting λmax (254nm) can identify Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate prepared by Hong Kong Yaohen Co..

结果表明：①测定紫外最大吸收波长λ_(max277nm可鉴别重庆医科大学医药研究所制备的甲硝唑口颊片；②测定紫外最大吸收波长λ_(max321nm和最小吸收波长λ_(min265nm可鉴别重庆医科大学医药研究所制备的注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠；③测定HPLC-UV中的保留时间(t_R6.7min)可鉴别重庆科瑞制药股份有限公司制备的注射用头孢曲松钠；④测定高效液相色谱的保留时间(t_R10.2min)可鉴别哈尔滨伊达制药厂提供的克拉霉素片；⑤测定紫外最大吸收波长(又max254nm)可鉴别香港耀恒公司提供的炎琉宁。

DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: In vitro cytology experiment was performed at the laboratory of Department of Pediatrics, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from December 2007 to August 2008. In this study we have constructed the system using the methods including systemic analysis, brain storm and specialist consulting, etc on the basis of mastering the relative theories and methods and realizing the condition of key subject construction in military clinical medical colleges in PLA by reviewing the relative articles and archives and performing field surveys. Then we have applied the system to the evaluation of the construction of the fifteen key subjects in Changhai hospital, the First Military Clinical Medical College of the Second Military Medical University to test the properties of the system. We have employed several methods such as the Sum-Weighted and Rank-Sum Ratio to analyze the data and draw the conclusion of the evaluation.

本研究通过查阅文献资料，进行实地调研，在掌握重点学科建设及其评价的相关理论和研究方法，了解目前我军军队临床医学院重点学科建设基本情况的基础上，以现代管理系统理论为指导，综合运用系统分析法、头脑风暴法、专家咨询法、赋值统计迭代法等方法构建了军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系；并以该指标体系对第二军医大学附属第一临床医学院长海医院15个重点学科的建设情况进行实测，运用加权求和法、秩和比法等不同方法进行综合评价，分析评价结果，构建评判模型。

Besides, I also surely know that just professional skills are not enough for being a good doctor. Hence, I attend the basic scientific research of preclinical medical college, the epidemiological investigation of public health college and the clinical scientific research of clinic college,from which I possess of some experimental skill such as CELL CULTER , PCR , Western blotting and so on.Above all,these experience cultivate my ability of designing the experiment and enforcing the experiment,which help me complete my research.

做为一名七年制的学生，学校对我们的要求是&临床技能和科研能力同等重要&因此在进行临床技能培养的同时，我先后参加过我校基础医学院的基础科研实践、公共卫生学院的流行病学调查实习，及临床学院的临床科研实践，让我熟练掌握了细胞培养、 PCR 、 Western blotting 等分子生物学技术；最重要的是，这些实践经验培养了我独立完成从研究课题的设计到实验方案的实施能力，帮助我顺利的完成了我在硕士期间的科研项目。
