The difference of bulk density of coastal soils took an effect on infiltration rate and diffuse rate. The infiltration rate and diffuse rate of coastal soils which bulk density was small were big. The water transmitting experiment of coastal soils showed that the saturated conductivity of different layers in soil profile were great, and the saturated conductivity of undisturbed soil was highly higher than that of disturbed soil. The saturated conductivity of coastal soils embanked earlier was lower than that of coastal soils embanked later. Under different water content, the unsaturated conductivity of coastal soils had a great change and the bulk density had an effect on unsaturated conductivity. The soil with a low bulk density had a high unsaturated conductivity. Chlorine ion moved in coastal soil was an inert ion. The distribution of CU in soil was definite and repeated, which is no relation with the time and velocity of infiltration. The concentration of infiltration solution and the texture of coastal soils had no apparent effect on solute movement synthetic dispersion coefficient, while bulk density took an apparent effect on solute movement synthetic dispersion coefficient. Synthetic dispersion coefficient of coastal soils increased as bulk density decreased.

This paper chooses residual income model to measure the cost of equity capital, and construct some index to represent the total disclosure quality and earnings disclosure quality of Chinese listed companies. Our analysis shows that for the whole sample of listed companies which conduct seasoned equity offerings in the stock market, controlling 6, company scale, B/M, leverage and asset turnover, there is positive relationship between the total disclosure quality and marginal cost equity capital; there is negative relationship between the earnings radical and marginal cost equity capita; there is no remarkable relationship between the earnings smoothness and marginal cost equity capital.

In the aspect of the study of the application of HHT method, This dissertation has done three part of jobs: first, the Elcentro strong ground motion which is in common use in earhtquake engineering is analyzed by HHT method, getting its amplitude-frequency-time distribution and the comparison between the HHT marginal spectrum and Fourier spectrum is also made; second, the typical nonlinear system defined by the Duffing equation is analyzed by HHT method, getting its numerical value's amplitude-frequency-time distribution and the comparison between the HHT marginal spectrum and Fourier spectrum is also made; third, define the stationary degree of non-stationary signals making use of 3-D time-frequency spectrum and marginal spectrum, the stationary degree curve of Elcentro seismic recording is protracted according to its defining formula, the stationary degree curve of Elcentro seismic recording which change with time is protracted according to similiar definition.
