Results In the distal two - thirds of the upper arm, branches of the median nerve constantly formed three fascicular groups. The anterior part of nerve trunk hosted branches to the pronator teres and the flexor carpi radialis. The posterior part of nerve trunk contained the anterior interosseous nerve and branches to the palmaris longus muscle. Branches to the hand and to the flexor digitorum superficialis which was the main trunk of the median nerve at the proximal forearm were grouped to form the middle part.

Methods:The rats with sepsis was established by administering endotoxin into the peritoneal cavity.The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as follows:2,6,12 and 24 hours after administration of endotoxin,each group included normal control.We use the in vitro muscle incubation system with sufficient oxygen supply as well as amino acid automatic analyzer for detection of the proteolytic rate of extensor digitorium longus and soleusmuscle.

足内侧大隐静脉-隐神经营养血管近端来自内踝前动脉较为恒定，外径较大的穿支有：踝间线远端（2.27±0.43）cm，经胫骨前肌腱内侧、伸肌下支持带上、下束间穿出，外径(0.72±0.04)mm ，穿出深筋膜的长度为（7.3±0.6）mm，出现率为95%；踝间线远端（3.02±0.39）cm，经胫骨前肌腱与趾伸肌腱穿出，外径(0.57±0.06)mm，穿出深筋膜的长度为（7.4±1.2）mm ，出现率为94%；3远端来自交通支最为恒定，外径较大的穿支于踇展肌与第一跖骨内侧缘之间穿出深筋膜，距第一跖趾并节近端（1.97±0.23）cm，直径（0.50±0.03）mm，穿出深筋膜的长度为（6.5±0.5）mm，出现率为100%。

RESULTS: Anatomical observation revealed that, the flexor pollicis longus muscle was located in a ring structure consisted of sesamoid and intersesamoid ligament. When the first metacarpophalangeal joint over-flexed or over-extended, the extension tendon was apt to be injured because of augmental friction between sesamoid and the extension tendon.

结果：解剖学研究发现，拇长屈肌腱位于两粒籽骨和籽骨间横韧带构成的一个类似于"指环"的封闭式结构里，在此结构中，拇掌指关节在做过伸、过屈时，易导致拇长屈肌腱与籽骨的摩擦加大而受到损伤。
