Three main methods with lacustrine carbonates have been used to reconstruct the lake water palaeo-temperature at present. First, the technique of isotopic geological thermometer, since being put forward to reconstruct sea-water paleo-temperature, was subsequently introduced into lacustrine carbonate sediments for constructing lake-water based upon the function relationship between lake-water temperature and the oxygen isotopic compositions of lacustrine carbonate and lake-water. Second, paleo-temperature of the lake-water can be reconstructed by determining Mg/Ca values of the lacustrine ostracode shells. And third, paleo-temperature of the lake-water can be reconstructed based upon the statistic model between the oxygen isotopic composition of lacustrine carbonate and the Lake-water temperature by testing the modem hydrogeological parameters and some relevant isotopic data of the lake basin.

目前利用湖泊碳酸盐对湖泊古水温进行重建主要有三种方式，一是运用同位素地质温度计原理，利用水温与湖泊碳酸盐氧同位素值和湖水氧同位素值三者之间的函数关系，对湖泊古水温做定量研究；二是通过测定介壳[Mg(上标 2+)]/[Ca(上标 2+)]进而重建古水温；三是通过测定湖泊流域范围内现代水文气象参数及一些相关的同位素资料直接建立起湖泊自生碳酸盐氧同位素值与温度间的统计模型。

For preparing for the researches of text digital watermarking and advantaging other researchers" development when using the Chinese mathematical expression theory, this paper designs and realizes a development platform of Chinese mathematical expression. It has been proved by experiments that the platform"s function, execution speed and stability can satisfy the requirements of conversion and operation of enormous data.This research found out that the structure information of Chinese have plenty redundant information that can be used by the Chinese mathematical expression for the digital watermarking, the data embedded can possess better robustness. Based on this finding, this paper designs a kind of text digital watermarking method of embedding watermarking by using Chinese structure, and realizes the method by using the Chinese mathematical expression platform.Considering the watermarking embedding algorithms importance to the robustness of the text digital watermarking, this paper makes fully use of the advantage of the Chinese mathematical expression theory to design a kind of layered text method, which has being realized by using the Chinese mathematical expression platform. The layered text method can handle the text as a solid structure, and the embedding data havepreferable robustness.Finally, based on the researches of the text digital watermarking method and the text layered method, this paper integrates the method of making use of the Chinese structure embedding watermarking with the robust algorithm based on text layered, and realizes a brand-new text digital watermarking method. Proved by lots of experiments, this brand-new method has good robustness and better invisibility.

Several main results on the evolutions of the life and environment on early earth are summarized as follows:(1) the oxygenation of surface environment didn''t cease until a stable stage for 0.4Ga appeared after 1.6Ga;(2) compared to the isotopic compositions of kerogens and coexisted carbonates, the differences between two can effectively carrier the signals from local environments and bio-assemblages;(3) multiple isotopic relationships between kerogens and individual alkanes in Proterozoic samples were observed, which would depend on the specific biogeochemical processes;(4) repeated biogeochemical changes were observed accompanying Neoproerozoic glaciations, which suggesting that environmental rather than evolutionary forces were driving the biogeochemical changes;(5) the bio-radiations after Neoproterozoic glaciations were definitely suggested by molecular and isotopic data to be at the early Cambrian and after the middle of Doushantuo deposition with different triggers for them.

研究获得以下重要认识：（1）古元古代地表环境的氧化可能一直持续到中元古代早期(约1.6Ga)，而在此之后的4亿年里则保持相对稳定；（2）相对于传统的干酪根和碳酸盐的碳同位素组成，二者之差则能更好反映区域环境的演化特征；（3）在元古代干酪根与单体烷烃类之间存在多种碳同位素组成关系；而其与不同的生物地球化学过程有关；（4）全球海洋生物地球化学特征随新元古代多次冰期出现循环波动，这显然为环境因子的驱动；（5）在新元古代大冰期之后，分子与同位素数据显示地球生命在陡山沱中后期和早前寒武纪出现两次大辐射，然而两次生命辐射的本质却是不同的。

Because the genetic algorithms could search the optimization of objective function randomly, which via the evolution of groups, our work is based on the embedding/detecting way of "DWT-Based Audio Watermarking Using Support Vector Regression and Subsampling". And this method provides a preliminary discussion on the application of GA, which searching the individual with the highest fitness of attack-resistance in the aggregate of the optimal embedding strength. As an optimization solution of obtaining the optimal embedding strength, it could achieve an adaptive policy, and find a reasonable balance between the robustness and inaudibility of the watermark, just for the better robustness and inaudibility in the algorithm.

Corbicula fluminea (Müller 1774) was bred in the laboratory and two shell samples (shell height, A=13 mm, B=9 mm) were selected to determine the carbon isotopic composition of the increment shells (aragonite, CaCO3) and the host water. The results indicate that the carbon isotopic compositions of the two shells increased as the δ^13 C values of the host water increased from -5.24‰ to 1.41‰, showing the influence of δ^13C values on the shell carbon isotopes.δ^13C value ranges from -4.76% to -2.09% and δ^13 C from -8.49% to -2.89%. The δ^13 C values of shells A and B are both more negative than the predicted equilibrium ones, indicating that the shell had used the metabolic CO2 rich in 12C during their growth process.
