To study the effect of papermaking wastewater irrigation on soil hydrological properties in saline reed field, different wastewater irrigation frequencies were employed in the saline reed field of Yellow River Delta. Soil infiltration course and hydrological properties were determined in field and laboratory. After wastewater irrigation, the change of the soil pH value, soil salt content and soil hydrologic-physical properties were observed. The results were showed that: 1 After wastewater irrigation, the mean reduction of soil pH value was 6.0%.

为研究造纸废水灌溉对黄河三角洲内陆盐碱芦苇地土壤水文特征的影响，通过设置芦苇地不同废水灌溉次数下的随机区组试验，采用田间测量土壤入渗过程和实验室内测定水文物理参数相结合的方法，分析造纸废水灌溉前后土壤pH值、含盐率及土壤水文物理参数的变化。

It is suggested that policy should be on the basis of minimum irrigation, soil mulching and straw and manure utilization, and the leading one of its measures should be to use high-salined groundwater as an accompaniment of river water, by the integration of the power-pumped-Yellow-River irrigation system and well-water irrigation system, to lower the watertable and reduce the irrigation cost. Thus the dynamic balance of salts, as well as the prevention and reclamation of salinization, will have been kept through the management of water and soil organic matter.

Secondly, related theories and methods of the modern software engineering are systematically given in details, which establish the basis of the software development with the software engineering in power systems. Thirdly, the necessity of the developed power system software with the software engineering is analyzed deeply and the key techniques in carrying out the software development with the software engineering are discussed. Based on these, a concrete approach about the software development with the software engineering is proposed. And then, the software design process of 'GPS synchronous monitoring system of Hunan power grid'is given to demonstrate the utilization of the approach proposed. Subsequently, quality and efficiency of the software is analyzed, which indicates the validity of the method used. At last, the main work and fruitage of the thesis is concluded, and the further research is also pointed out.
