If a policy indemnifies additional joint insured, namely in addition to the insured specified in this Clause, the Contractor shall act under the policy on behalf of these additional joint insured except that the Employer shall act for Employer's Personnel, additional joint insured shall not be entitled to receive payments directly from the insurer or to have any other direct dealings with the insurer, and the insuring Party shall require all additional joint insured to comply with the conditions stipulated in the policy.

Article 27 With respect to insurance other than life insurance, the right of the insured or the beneficiary to claim for indemnity or payment of insurance benefits shall lapse if the insured or the beneficiary fails to exercise such right within two years from the date the insured or the beneficiary is aware of the occurrence of the insured event.

The Insurer shall be entitled to make inspections as to the security condition of the insured property, and shall, in case of any potential unsafe factors being discovered, make reasonable recommendation to the Insured in good time for the removal thereof and the Insured shall take measures to eliminate them without delay, failing which he shall be liable for any less arising from an insured event caused thereby, and the Insurer shall exenterate himself from liability.
