目的：通过建立SD大鼠左侧提睾肌的缺血再灌注损伤模型，观察丹参对SD大鼠骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤局部缺氧诱导因子1α（Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α，HIF－1α）mRNA及其蛋白表达的影响、对红细胞聚集和变形指数的变化、局部肿胀系数的变化以及组织形态学改变的作用，探讨丹参对缺血再灌注损伤骨骼肌局部氧环境及血液流变性的影响。
