Applying the De Caen"s inequality of sum of the squares of the degree and Cauchy"s inequality, we obtain a strict lower bound and a strict upper bound of the largest Laplace eigenvalues only in terms of vertex number of a unicycle graph. Applying the Laplace matrix theorem of trees, we obtain an upper bound of the second smallest Laplace eigenvalues of a unicycle. Extremal graph whose second smallest Laplace eigenvalues reach the obtained upper bound is determined. We also obtain an upper bound of the second largest Laplace eigenvalues in terms of vertex number of the largest connected branch of unicycle graph, and obtain a theoretical method to calculate the second largest Laplace eigenvalues of unicycle graph. We obtain an upper bound of any Laplace eigenvalues in terms of vertex number of a unicycle graph. We also obtain the distribution of Laplace eigenvalues in the inter [0,n] in terms of the matching number.

When G is an approximate compact convex subset of E, or G is a almost quasi-convex set-valued mapping, we prove that there exist solutions to and type generalized Ky Fan variation inequality, following these theorems, we prove several best approximation theorems and coincidence theorems involving two set-valued mappings and two different spaces. In chapter four, we first present a new Simplicial algorithm for computing the Leray - Schauder fixed points, the algorithm can solve the set-valued nonlinear complementarily problem. We give a condition to guarantee the computation proceeding in a bounded region. We present integer-labeling algorithms for computing fixed points of some set-valued mappings, the best approximation points and solutions to a kind of set-valued variation inequalities.

Based on the fundamental theory of impulsive differential systems, employing Green formula, Gauss divergence theorem, Jensen inequality and Gronwall-Bellman inequality with impulse, we discuss the oscillation of impulsive partial differential systems by adopting reduction to absurdity and the stability in via of comparison theorem, respectively. Especially, we take an in-depth study on the oscillation of neutral impulsive parabolic systems and the stability of a class of nonlinear impulsive partial differential equations and obtain some useful conclusions.
